Jerry and his team were so fast. They worked around all of the storms when I called them because our chimney was leaking rain into the fireplace. His team was clean and careful around our flowerbeds and cars with all of their work equipment. Our brick is not made anymore, but they found a brick very similar in color and everything looks great. Jerry was very responsive and clear about the scope of work.

Royal RMS LLC quoted us $800 to remove paint from a low brick wall, and to repair the brick veneer under the front window. I pd $400 up front and they were supposed to remove the paint...if it needed to be rebuilt cost was to be $3,200. My husband was admitted to the ICU. Jerry kept calling wanting to start the project. Arriving home the entire wall had been demolished & they had gone around the entire house peeling paint and adding more damage to the bricks. New quote: $22,000. Jerry kept calling to move forward, my husband (still in ICU) told him to stop harrassing my wife...we?ll get with him after discharge. Insurance provider and a contractor looked at the damage and said "It looked like a big scam!" 14 days later, my husband renegotiated a cost of $12,000. They were hiding the damage behind the front window instead of repairing it. Lied several times and didn?t pay their workers. When we tried to cancel, they wanted $2000 more for them to stop the work.

Royal Roofing and Masonry did extensive work on our home's brick walls and planting borders. The work was exceptional and very detail oriented. The entire process -meeting for an estimate, the estimate itself, and completion of the work - was very professionally handled. Highly recommend!

Jerry kept us informed along the way and when an issue came up, he was able to provide the options we needed. I would hire this company again if the need arose.
