Fantastic experience! Jerry and John the owner’s went above and beyond in making my project go smoothly. When doing any repair projects, customers need to prepare that hidden issues could arise doing any demolitions. The owners were prompt in providing and getting the issues resolved. If you’re doing any stone work, make sure ask for John the stone mason who did an excellent job on my project. It’s nice to know that a hand shake still means something in today’s society.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE JOB

Terrible job, sloppy incomplete and abandoned site. Were paid for half of the job but in the end we had to remove everything because no other company would take over the sloppy job and complete it.

Showed up to give an estimate on time. Negotiated fairly on price and started the work quickly. The workers were professional and the quality of the work was high. Would use again for mason and concrete work.

Called Royal RMS to rebuild my brick mailbox. They came out and had the job finished with in 24 hours. Simply amazing!

Jerry and his team were so fast. They worked around all of the storms when I called them because our chimney was leaking rain into the fireplace. His team was clean and careful around our flowerbeds and cars with all of their work equipment. Our brick is not made anymore, but they found a brick very similar in color and everything looks great. Jerry was very responsive and clear about the scope of work.

Royal RMS LLC quoted us $800 to remove paint from a low brick wall, and to repair the brick veneer under the front window. I pd $400 up front and they were supposed to remove the paint...if it needed to be rebuilt cost was to be $3,200. My husband was admitted to the ICU. Jerry kept calling wanting to start the project. Arriving home the entire wall had been demolished & they had gone around the entire house peeling paint and adding more damage to the bricks. New quote: $22,000. Jerry kept calling to move forward, my husband (still in ICU) told him to stop harrassing my wife...we?ll get with him after discharge. Insurance provider and a contractor looked at the damage and said "It looked like a big scam!" 14 days later, my husband renegotiated a cost of $12,000. They were hiding the damage behind the front window instead of repairing it. Lied several times and didn?t pay their workers. When we tried to cancel, they wanted $2000 more for them to stop the work.

Royal Roofing and Masonry did extensive work on our home's brick walls and planting borders. The work was exceptional and very detail oriented. The entire process -meeting for an estimate, the estimate itself, and completion of the work - was very professionally handled. Highly recommend!

No he didnt order the bricks after telling us he did so the job could get finished. He did not pay his workers and told them he could not pay them because we had not paid him. We paid him 15,000. Dollars. He has continually lied to us. I would never hire this man again!

John and Jerry were really great! They told us what to expect and kept in communication with us all through the insurance process. I highlyrecommend them for any brick work!
