Royal Restoration 2012, LLC

Came when scheduled and completed job on time

Roofing crew was punctual, set up yard cover for easy clean up after work was completed, were tentative to my directives, supplied some sheeting replacement as part of the contract at no additional cost to me, and had the right equipment for efficient application of roofing products. I did have to pay close attention to the progress of the work however because the foreman did not have a copy of the contract which required that I intervein with the owner to check for possible rotten sheeting. Once this issue was cleared up, the work progressed well and to my full satisfaction. I would recommend this company to all my friends who need roofing services without hesitation.

I would recommend this company to my friends. The price for the roof was reasonable. The employees were efficient and thorough. They removed all debris and nails. Matt and Ryan clearly answered my questions and provided professional guidance for the project.

You have to get in line, but, these guys are quick once they are started. The job was done well. I recommend them.

Royal Restoration did great work at a good price and in timely fashion - just what one expects when hiring a contractor. Excellent choice !

Matt knows what his customers need. I'm very happy with his work. He and his men came immediately to fix my roof. I specially liked the way he took pictures of what they did using a drone. I highly recommend Royal Restoration to my friends and family.

Very nice, cordial, people to work with.

Very fast. Very clean, good price. Looks great

Dave and Matt called to check in at least once a day. They accommodated my timing and the crew did a great job at cleaning up.

Great customer service. Matt Pollitt makes it a point to keep the customer well informed and he took care of every request made by us. They started at 7:30am and were done with the main house by 6pm. Every hour on the hour they have someone walk around the house making sure that debris and such is not being overlooked and is getting picked up and put away constantly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their roofs replaced.

Very knowledgeable in his field and easy to work with. His crew was on time and the area was spotless when they left. They started at 7:30am and was finished with the roof and cleaning by 5:30pm. I will refer Royal Restoration to anyone for their roofing needs. Thanks Matt for a Job Well Done!!!!!!

Customer service was really good. Matt came out and gave me the best quote. Was very punctual when starting the job. Did a great job, and cleaned up the work site when finished. I would definitely refer him to family and friends.

Mark, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Was in constant contact with me. His crew was pleasant and worked their butts off on one of the hottest days of the year. Started and finished roof in one day. Clean up and all. Great job! Highly recommend.

Cheerful, timely, excellent work, good price, are now in my cellphone contacts.

Very easy to work with. I believe Matt is an honest person and helped me get a new roof at a reasonable price. I needed a lot of wood and rafters replaced and the cost wasn t extremely high. My roof looks great!

Matt and his team are super easy to work with. My new roof and gutters look fantastic. Work was done in 1 day, within 1 week of signing contract. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up also.

I have done my own repairs for years and finally met some one who will do a great job ,frilendly and honest with a fair price . I could not ask any thing more .

I cannot say enough about Royal Restoration, Matt is the BEST. He was upfront, direct and honest. He listened to our needs and helped us make the best decision for our home. He is not a "sales representative", he really cares about his customers and delivers what he promises. Matt's crew are awesome, very clean and respectful of our property. Thank you guys!!
