Trace knows how to lay brick however he had started on one side of my house then he began the front without completing the side he needed to cut brick to fit and grout. Next he repeated the same with the front need more brick and grout and the back is not completed either needs brick and grout. The steps leading to my side gate looks okay. I gave him a down payment per his request $693.75 on 8/20/19 and several progress payments through 10/6/19 totaling $5,711.15. I have tried to communicate via text messaging and email asking him when I can expect him to complete the job, so I can pay him the remaining payment of $700.00 and I receive no reply.
