I would like to start by saying I am so very thankful that I called Troy with Royal T home inspection! Two years ago I paid a siding company roughly $30,000 to put new insulated vinyl siding on my house. What a disaster, long story short...three years ago this siding company covered up my gable vents and turned my top floor into an oven. My energy bills have been through the roof for three years just to make my top floor bearable and the siding company basically told me to go fly a kite. "It was not their fault or problem". I really wish I would have contacted Troy with Royal T home inspection sooner but let me tell you, he got the job done and I'm so happy!! He came right out to the house, evaluated everything and determined all of the problems and prescribed solutions. Within hours I had a bullet point email giving me an action plan with step by step instructions on who to call and what to say. I did what he said and within days the contractor showed up at my house to make things right! Troy even went out of his way to be there when the contractor came out to make sure I was taken care of! Next week, the siding company agreed to make all of the repairs needed to include removing all siding and taping the insulation seams properly and removing the siding from my gable vents and trimming them out properly. Royal T Home Inspection is more than just a home inspection company. If you have any questions or need anything concerning your home, call him. He offers free exterior inspections and he also offers free consulting as you shop for homes as well. Simply text or email him a property address and he'll provide a free snapshot inspection based on the listing information found online. This is very educational and can save you time and money while shopping. I'll leave a follow up comment sometime in the coming weeks when the work is completed and my house returns to normal. Troy Vogt was professional and arrived on time to our appointment. He explained everything as he went around the home and answered all our questions. Troy provided a detailed report the very next day. I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend his services.

Nothing at all. I had a roof leak and he (Troy Vogt) doesn't want to admit fault. Now that a lawyer has been called upon he doesn't want to answer emails or phone calls. In my opinion, he's all about making money and not worried about actually taking care of the customer, when he is at fault. Homebuyers beware.

As previously explained, I was involved in a severe automobile accident and spent months in the hospital unable to work. It was during this time that you initially reached out to me regarding your roof. Once I was aware of your situation, I immediately contacted you to help resolve the problem. I gathered all of the information and began the insurance claim to help recoup the expense for your new roof. Due to the lack of images and documentation you provided, the insurance company denied the claim. Sadly, we were unable to come to a reasonable agreement for a resolution. Since your inspection at the end of 2016, we have completed thousands of successful property inspections. In fact, due to their complete satisfaction, some of our clients have had as many as 9 or more inspections over the years.
