Manny made many promises and seemed to know the best way to plow the snow on a 900 foot long gravel driveway. He wanted ALL of the money up front, which is not unheard of for a commitment for the whole season. After he had the money, he did not show up and when he returned my calls he had excuses. He used my stakes and spread some salt in spots after I called. He did not have ANY of the equipment or trucks and said he would do the job with a walk-behind snowblower, which could take hours and still have to start over, as it continues to snow. . I trusted him. He has since left Home Advisor, so is not accountable to them. I am hoping that something like this does not happen to anyone else. I am sad that my trust was betrayed. I hired another company through Home Advisor and these guys are GREAT and have already kept their commitment to this job. I prefer leaving positive reviews.

Manny is very polite & courteous. He made sure the job was done correctly & even made sure to clean up when he was finished. He stuck to the price he quoted me & I would hire him again.

Emmanuel is a hard worker and he goes above and beyond what is expected.
