We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet the consumer's needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. ("We only install Water Treatment Systems that we provide.") We do not clean cisterns or repair ice makers or toilets, we do not dig wells or service well pumps, we do plumbing only involved with installations of water softeners. We are a water softener service and sales company. Not an all around plumbing company.

They are all very nice. There is a very small leak between the pvc that will need to be taken care of but we are sure its nothing major.

Perry was very thorough when explaining and demonstrate how the components work. installers were very professional. After installation Perry showed me how to change settings and where to add salt and how much. The really good part is he records the warranty! Service if needed or questions answered are a phone call away.

Dennis and his team did an excellent job. Dennis was involved with the job through the entire process from the consultation prior to my purchasing the water softener, during the installation process as well as a follow up home visit a couple weeks after installation to make sure the system was operating as expected. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job of educating me on the product. They completed the job timely and lived up to their commitments. This company provides a quality product and service. I would highly recommend them.

The service I received was top notch and far exceeded my expectations. Perry and his associate arrived on time, were very professional, and they were very fair in their pricing. They were able to get our water softener up and running in a short time and didnâ t try to sell me a new water softener even though ours is over 20 years old.

I hired the Royal Water Company to troubleshoot a non-functioning water softener. They did a great job finding what the problem was and correcting it at a reasonable price. They followed up to make sure that everything was working smoothly. Unlike some other companies I have dealt with they did not try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary accessories.

Perry was very professional when he came to look at our existing water softener for repairs. He was very thorough explaining the cost effectiveness of repairing our existing system or purchasing a new one. We opted to purchase a new one and not repair the old one. He also went over all the softeners he had and the price of each. Because there are only 2 of us in the house he showed us the one that would be most effective and it was not the most expensive one. The unit was installed today by Perry and he was very efficient. He installed the unit, explained everything and told us that if we had questions or issues to contact him directly. I would highly recommend Perry.

"Sometimes a unit is not fixable such as this one, I explained to the customer that this was the case but the customer wants to continue as if some magical solution will fix the unit. After two trips to (consumer name withheld per their request) residence and no trip charge for the second and no charge for the seals and o" rings purchased, I am sorry the magic didn't happen. This is after 2 to 4 hours of diligently working on the unit, and after the manufacturer said it was a hopeless case. So I am sorry that I did what you asked me to do. ** To add after a couple of weeks this customer contacted me and order a new unit that I installed and gave him a trade in discount for his non working unit. I also did a follow up with this customer a week later and he said he was completely happy..."
