They did an excellent job and their price was significantly better than the other quotes I received. They did our driveway, walkway, and front porch and it looked great.

Edit: They promptly came back and fixed the streaks and it looks great!! We are very pleased :) Royal Concrete did our patio and the crew was very friendly and efficient. We like the overall layout and design. However, there are several areas that still look streaky and mucky, even though we were told they’d dry out. I emailed photos of the spots to our salesperson in late September/early October and haven’t received any response yet. We’re just hoping to get those areas addressed so the patio looks fully finished. I’ll happily update my review once this is resolved because the rest turned out great!

I had a new patio installed. Royal was prompt in answering any questions I had and was professional in explaining how they would do the project. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. The price quoted was what I was expecting. The patio looks great and I would definitely use them again.

From the start of our project through completion we have been nothing less than IMPRESSED! RYL provided us all we expected and then some. Through the discussions, quote and scheduling processes; everything was strategically mapped out to our satisfaction. And RYL came in Highest Ranked over other bids we entertained. Each crew that came to do their part of expertise within this project, were phenomenal to say the least. From removal of our porch, driveway, apron and sidewalks, to precise construction layout and measurements, to cementing and redesigning; everything was handled in a systematic method, and there was nothing left undone. Including the final stage where they hose down, blow and seal everything. At the end of each day there was nothing left but tidy, nice and neat on our property. And, RYL always assures safety; for its workers, and for your neighbors and property. The crews and customer service really treat their clients as if they were doing the work for their own families. Always easy to get hold if you need to talk, and also very punctual in obtaining to the set schedule. RYL is a company that truly cares about the overall services they provide and the clients they serve!
