Paul who assessed the project & what needed to be done was very thorough. His demeanor was professional and polite which is important to a customer's consideration of having them actually complete the work. After agreeing on the work, Tristan then came and completed the work a week later. He, too, was professional and polite. The carpet looked awesome upon completion. Very happy customer here. I would definitely call them again in the future. Thank you!
