Royalty Carpet Cleaning

I hired this company to clean my area rugs. When the rugs were delivered back to me right away, I could tell they looked half-clean. The heavy-traffic areas were still dark. Plus, there was a stain still on it that Malcolm stated they worked hard to clean, but it would not come out. When I mentioned that the rug still looked dark, he stated that it was wet from spraying it with sanitizer and needed to dry. After the rug dried, it still looked dirty, so I cleaned it myself with my carpet cleaner. Needless to say, the carpet was still dirty. The water extracted from the carpet was dark, like the carpet had not been cleaned at all. I had to clean the rug four times before the water lightened up. Plus, the stain that they worked so hard to remove came out. I texted Malcolm to let him know I was dissatisfied with his service, and we agreed on a refund price. Malcolm stopped communicating with me and never refunded me the money we agreed upon. I will never do business with this dishonest company again.

The industry is filled with tons of money hungry , untrustworthy People. Im always tense when it comes down to hiring people. I will say that the owner of Royalty Carpet has high personal values, is honest and upfront.the service he did was my ceramic tile WHITE ( never getting white again) FLOORS. He did an excellent job based on the condition of my floors and explained each step and then proceeded to deliver what he was honest about being able to do. I will be asking him to come back for my carpet to bring it back to life.

I and more than pleased with the job completed by Royalty Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. My carpet hasn't been this clean in years and there were stains I thought would never be removed.
