They're a new company just starting out. Give them a try. I'll bet you'll like them. They are willing to do any type of cleaning inside or out related to your home. Very nice honest people.

They were on time and did not rush to finish! I had a deep clean (I'm a single bachelor of three years after 22 years of marriage - I didn't clean house) and they spent seven and a half hours cleaning and then asked me to inspect! I couldn't find a thing they missed; not even the windows! They did an excellent job and I highly recommend Carol and Dust Bunny's!

They were on time and were very professional. They missed a few spots, but nothing worth fretting about. I will hire them again.

I am not sure of my answer I would not recommend you again. Your part was okay, the cleaning was okay, the time it took was okay. I did not expect a man, three children, one woman and another woman in a wheelchair to come to clean my small house. They asked me to write the check to the man who had a different name than the woman who called to say she was coming to clean. My family was upset with me for doing that and for not having anyone here with me when all of these people came.

They showed up timely & worked thoroughly in a quiet respectful manner. They even cleaned the tops of door frames! My house smells clean with no chemical scent. I am keeping them routinely!

Royalty said they would do a deep clean. I do not live in MS, where the home is located. After their cleaning, I received photos of dust and cobwebs, on windows, doors, ceiling fans. While Royalty did go back out to rectify the situation, I was extremely disappointed that I had to ask them to return. I felt like they did a sloppy job because I was not there to check on them. All the windows had been previously cleaned, inside and out, the floors and bathrooms had also been cleaned. I hired them to do detail work. And while yes they did it on the second visit, I was very dismayed because they had so little to do and failed to accomplish it on their first visit. They were responsive to my request, and responsive to my complaints, but I paid them well over their normal rate of $185 (I think) because I asked them to wash the exterior shutters. They charged me $235 and I tipped them $10. I would not hire them again unless I had someone there to supervise/scrutinize their work. This home was being prepared to sell and Royalty was well aware of that. Their excuse for doing such a poor job was that the house was being shown to a prospective buyer. I don’t think that is a very good excuse, there was no reason why a showing should have impeded them from doing their job. They were extreme friendly and kind on the phone, I am very sorry I can’t give them a better review because I liked their warmth and friendliness on the phone very much. They were apologetic and went right back out. But unfortunately that isn’t enough to compel me to give them a rave review.

I paid for a DEEP cleaning and I spent over an hour and a half cleaning up after they left. They barely did what I would call a basic cleaning but I re-mopped after they left since the floor felt sticky and the water was BLACK. My dresser was still full of dust and the dirt that I swept up in one of the bathrooms was unbelievable, amongst other things but I did not notice it until after they were gone. I have tried contacting them for a partial refund but have not heard back from them!

Brittany and her team at royalty cleaning service were excellent. They did a full house deep clean that took over 5 hours with less than a day notice... and on a weekend! This was a great help while in a bind since the previously hired cleaning company didnt show up. The team was very friendly and professional and the house looked like new after they were done. The team's attention to detail was evident and they even let us do a final walkthrough before they left so they could capture anything that was missed. On top of everything else, I thought the price was more than fair. I will definitely be using this company for all my cleaning needs in the future. The house looked clean and smelled clean when she was finished. I have no complaints.

She is very dependable. She's detail oriented and inspects her work when It's done to be sure she didn't miss anything. I highly recommend using her for quality cleaning.
