Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Aventus built our main floor bedroom/bathroom en suite addition. They excelled in quality workmanship and expertly matched the new interiors and exterior finishes to our 33 year old house seamlessly. The Aventus team's work ethic and integrity shone in getting even the smallest of details done to our complete satisfaction. Though our build took a little longer than expected, it has exceeded our hopes and was very much worth the wait. This company, from the owner to every single employee who came to our house, was respectful, kind, caring, and has a signature personal touch that seems rare in the construction business. We would definitely hire them again!

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
I hired Mario Barron and Aventus Builders for renovation work on my duplex. My experience was extremely disappointing. The project experienced significant delays, portions of the work were left incomplete, and I incurred substantial additional expenses to correct and finish work after the contractor?s involvement. There were ongoing issues regarding project progress, communication, scheduling, and the quality of all work performed. As a result, I have been forced to hire additional contractors to move the project toward completion. Because this matter is currently involved in legal proceedings, I will not comment further on the dispute. However, based on my personal experience, I would not hire this contractor again and would encourage anyone considering their services to conduct thorough due diligence, verify qualifications, obtain detailed written contracts, and closely monitor all work performed. This review reflects my own experience with this project.

This was a small job, but with a lot of different parts. A wood floor needed to be matched and it was fixed and matched exactly. Two toilets were installed. Baseboard painted. All was done quickly and looks fabulous.

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Working with Aventus has been a true partnership. We work many properties thru the year and things always come up straggling thru that need extra attention. Mario and Brianda have been there for me every time something extra was needed. They have great communication, they have systems in place that help keep the projects moving with updates and pictures and they are flexible with the needed help. Ive never been turned away with a request. Mario always does his best to find me a solution. Hes also a berry much guapito and he'll keep your project looking good.

Mario and his team were amazing. He was on site and provided a quote within a day from my first contact. The team was on site with the week. They finished on time and on budget. The large format tile they installed looks great, and the back splash transformed the kitchen. Throughout the project, the team was very responsive when I had questions. I appreciated the portal with morning updates and evening progress videos. The entire project was well managed and well executed. I will definitely call Mario with future projects.

Bathroom Remodel
Had a major leak that took out a ceiling on the first floor. They fixed it perfectly, painted, and its like nothing ever happened. Great experience and great folks to work with. Mario is dependable, professional, and employs experts.

Bathroom Remodel
My office bathroom had aging builder-grade materials. I couldn't get the dull off the sheet vinyl flooring and the scratched dingy bathtub. I hired Aventus Builders to remove the bathtub, replace the flooring, shower, lighting and paint. After submitting my deposit, I experienced unexpected delays, increased costs, and confusion about the start date and plan. With much frustration, my bathroom was finally done. And, it is stunning! There is excellence in every detail, even though the products are mid-line. From the gold, silver and glass accents to the beautiful blend of neutral, warm tones, my bathroom looks like it belongs in a high-end luxury hotel. The owner and subcontractor manager made up for the frustrating experience by apologizing and working very hard for several days straight to complete the work. Hire Aventus Builders, but proceed with caution, get the details figured out upfront, and contact the Owner with problems.

Basement Remodeling
We purchased our home a year ago and acquired it with an unfinished basement. My husband and I were very eager to have it finished so we could enjoy his ?Man Cave?. We hired Aventus Group to complete our project. I ABSOLUTLY LOVE the finished product. Aventus did an amazing job!!!! Their quality of work is impeccable (and I admit I?m very picky), they were very professional, and they used an app for their customers to access to track progress. They were very attentive to my vision and requests, plus they quickly responded each time I needed to call to ask questions. We highly recommend this company to complete all your remodeling needs. Basement Remodeling
WORST COMPANY EVER! If I could give a negative score I would. $60,000 was paid to Aventus to finish our basement and the photos show the state our basement was left in. They could't pass inspection up until the fourth try. Two employees left the company during the course of our project due to no payment for their labor. We had to get the HVAC corrected and we had to redo the entire electrical work before we could start fresh with a new company. Aventus abandoned our project for a month due to internal issues. The owner Mario Barron and his vice president Tiffany Jenkins showed up to our house demanding a new contract to be signed that had an increase of $20,000 more than the original signed contract. We refused and asked for our second instalment back. To this day, Aventus refuses to resolve the matter. They left our basement a complete disaster and refuse to resolve the issue. They have several other similar cases pending such as ours. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

We hired Aventus to turn above our unfinished 2 car garage into a custom closet. They tore down a wall from the master closet to extend it 30x8 above the garage. I had a great experience from the time we signed the agreement. We are recommending them to other friends now as well. The quality of work and communication throughout the entire process was superb compared to other companies we’ve worked with for other projects. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality contractor!

I recently had a new home addition completed by the Aventus Team. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome and the fact that they full customized the entire room addition to our liking. Communication was excellent during the process. The team was very responsive at all hours of the day and night and were always very responsive to take care of any issues that may have come up during construction. I will hire again.
