Samuel did not do what he said he was going to do. The 3 week project went on with little labor for 6 weeks with constant apologies saying there was a misunderstanding and that there was not enough available certified labor to finish within another two weeks. When we interviewed three contractors for our project we shared personal information. My wife is battling 4th stage breast cancer and I wanted to keep the stress level low. Samuel made this experience exceedingly stressful and I cancelled the remainder of the contract; ie, finish the electrical, finish the trim, fix the flooring, finish the paint, finish the countertop and back splashing, and finish laundry room.

We removed part of a closet/pantry, left a wall for upper and lower cabinets. Repaired popcorn ceiling, good job.

It has been almost five months to do a two day job in Samuels own words, they never come, they can't seem to find a door to match the rest of the doors, they told me they don't make one in that size, three minutes on Google and I showed it to them. The baseboards were a nightmare, the finishers try to argue about whether or not they matched the rest of the house. You can clearly see that they don't, you can see all the nail holes and the putty wasn't smoothed before paint! The worst company ever!

Samuel, was very responsive and provided the creative and supervision of his contractors for our concrete, sidewalks, two rear patios and complete rear yard landscaping services. Royalty Property was a very good to work with and did an outstanding job turning our wants and desires into a reality. Would highly recommend RPM for all Concrete and Landscaping needs for you home.

Extremely unprofessional!! Worst business I have ever had to deal with and I work in the construction business. The owner would tell me a time say 930, he?d text me an hour or two after the fact saying they are running late, then after those couple of hours he?d just ask to reschedule. They did this on three separate occasions. Next the work they provided was half xxx at best. They would say they were finished but there would be missing carpet, missing base, saying the tv is mounted and only doing the first step etc.. In his bid he has the sub floor getting replaced 370 square feet at 1.98 after getting home I noticed he only had cut open a spot in the floor about 62 square feet. This man is a complete waste of money and I strongly recommend you don?t use him!

They did a great job. Samuel was right on top of things. He was quick the set up an appointment and put in a bid. The price was under what we were expecting. The job was scheduled sooner than expected so we were happy with the speed of the job and the quality. The patio was built just how we wanted. Thank You RPM

Samuel and his team did phenomenal work installing our kitchen backsplash. From the initial quote through the end of the project the team was timely, tidy, talented, and affordable. I will definitely be working with them again.

Pedro did a great job installing an in-wall doggie door for us. He was friendly and did the job quickly. The only complaint I have is their lack of punctuality. The day they were supposed to come give us an estimate they were supposed to be there at 3:00pm and at 3:30pm no one had arrived or even called. I finally called and spoke with Samuel who said Pedro was still at another job. Samuel ended up heading right over to give us our estimate. Then the day of the install Pedro was 45mins late. Again no call. I decided not to call but give him until 11am (our appointment was for 10am). Had he not been there by 11am we would have cancelled our services with them. I appreciate the work they did and the price was decent but they may want to work on getting places on time or at least be courteous and call if they are going to be late. They almost lost our business. Bottom line good work, reasonable prices, but may be late. Take the good with the bad.

Samuel was very polite & pleasant to work with. I felt his honesty & concern that he would be giving me quality & value for the work that was being done in my home. Samuels employees Angel & Javier are hard workers & give great attention to detail & have a most sincere desire for performing the work expertly. I have other projects & of course I will be calling Samuel . I will also be referring Royalty Property Maintenance to my Family & Friends.

We definitely got our monies worth. We did multiple job sites with him and his bid was reasonable and he worked with us on pricing. Even when there was issues that were not anticipated, he still met his original bid price. He has been very good at communication and keeping us informed on what was going on. He is flexible with communication methods and was very responsive. When they left the job site, it was always completely cleaned up. I would recommend him.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! They did a great job for us. They put in a drainage ditch across our back yard, resloped the yard so that it drains rather than pooling, removed sod and put down new. Their attention to detail was extremely appreciated. They left our backyard clean and looking great.
