Royalty came on time or a little early. He was very professional and did a great job!

I was in town only for a short period of time to visit a family member and provide some assistance to her as she is a senior citizen. Her carpets desperately needed cleaning and I only had a few days to identify a company and have the work done while in town. I contacted Royal Residential and they were able to work me in (on a Sunday) to accommodate my tight schedule and to take care of my family member's need. The work was done with excellence and carpets look brand new. My family member was thrilled and thankful. I highly recommend this company. The work is of top quality. Professional, excellent integrity, and strong Christian values. Thank you!

There was a lot of water left in the carpets. I wish he had prompted to use some old towels to absorb some of the water especially on the stairs.

Mr. Martin (the Director of the business) promptly responded to my request posted on Home Advisor. He was very accommodating to my request for a carpet cleaning job with a short turnaround. The service was excellent! All the pet smell and stains are gone! He was very personable and yet professional. Highly recommended!

Mr. Martin was very polite and provided quick service. Carpets appear to be clean. We've already had one spill and it didn't stain the carpet, so I suppose the protectant he applied is effective. Our only complaint is his timing. We had him do our old rental and our new home. He arrived 30 minutes early for an early morning appointment and more 30 minutes late for the other appointment.

Super nice guy! Our furniture is 12 yrs old so I wasn't expecting too much but he did a great job! I did sit on the foot stool and it was still wet down inside but I didn't realize it, I got up and had a wet behind and a wet circle on it, so when it dried there is a water stain on it but that was my fault (Microfiber) He was done pretty quickly too!!! I def recommend this company!
