I can’t say enough good things about Mike and the entire Royalty Restoration team. When we experienced a significant water leak, it was an extremely stressful and overwhelming situation. From the very beginning, Mike and his team were there for us and made us feel like we were in good hands. Mike was incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. That communication made a huge difference and gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions. They truly left no stone unturned. They were extremely thorough in assessing the damage and making sure nothing was overlooked, including areas that could have easily been missed. They also took great care of our home and belongings throughout the process and kept the work areas as clean and orderly as possible. They are truly the best at what they do.

We had water damage in our home from a busted pipe that caused mold to grow in several rooms. Royalty removed the damaged drywall, floors, and cleaned and dried everything. They also rebuilt everything back to how it was before and the service was so quick and the technicians were very nice. Thanks Mike and Victor!

Mike and his crews worked on a water leak behind my washer machine. They handled the demo first. Then they did all of the repair and the drying! Once what was done Mike had his crews re model the area. They were very attentive and professional! We will be using them if anything comes up in the future
