With his help a guidance, we were able to get brand new siding and a new roof, all through our policy with State Farm. Ash has been in the industry for over 15 years and knows both sides of handling insurance claims inside and out. His communication was great throughout, and he always made sure we knew what was going on. Both friendly and highly professional. Mine was a repair for shingles torn off in high winds. Ash made a point of explaining how the repair would done and ensured that it was done right so that the shingles could endure future storms. He inspected the rest of my roof, made a few minor repairs and pointed out possible future issues to watch for. I highly recommend Ash.

Owners were involved with insurance company and were on site when adjuster showed up. Twice. Also, they have long term crew members that are skilled and treat your house like their own.

I had a leaking Chimney, which after a repair by the Chimney company, still leaked. They blamed it on the roof so I had to have my roof looked at. Upon putting the request into Home Advisor, I was called within 2 minutes and they were there that day to look at the roof and make recommendations. They came back and performed a water test, proving that it was the chimney, not the roof that was the cause of the leak. They were professional, clean and very fairly priced. I would call them again if I ever have a roof issue.

Prompt reply to my homeadvisor request and immediate repair of my garage roof. Photos were taken of the problem in our attic that revealed the problem. A verbal estimate was given and then the work was completed on the spot. I could not ask for better service. A trustworthy business.

I received a call from Royalty Restorations about 5 minutes after placing my request for a repair assessment on HomeAdvisor. That kind of responsiveness is key in my book. Justin called and scheduled a time to meet one of my family members at the house. After a review of the problem, Justin was able to make the repairs quickly at a fair price.

Justin's estimate for the roof repairs was done quickly and the cost was fair. He was able to do the repairs immediately! He took before, during and after photos of the work and sent them to me. He was very professional and I would recommend this company.

Prompt and courteous service. Had a small job that could be fixed in 20 minutes. The job was so minor that I was given a discount off of their minimum service fee. I will hire them again for a roof cleaning.

On a Saturday afternoon Ashley answered the call for roofing repair. Not only did he answer, he came out and fixed it for us the same day. Ash is great. Squeezed in stopping by between two jobs to assess the issue and came next day to replace ridge shingles that had been blown off in a storm and caused a leak. Price was extremely fair. High quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ash was very easy to work with. He understood what I needed. He took pictures of issues before the work was done, to illustrate what was found. And, he took pictures again when the work was completed. Excellent job!
