Robert called me back immediately, and with a leaking ceiling that is important. Before he made his bid he actually got up on the roof and figured out the problem. He is obviously a roof-whisperer.

The work seemed well done and the price was right; however, when I tried to get a hold of the company to ask a few questions after the work was completed - It took many weeks for them to return my call. So be patient and persistent.

Robert Ferguson at Royalty roofing was professional and courteous. He came to the house when he said he would. Unlike another who called, he gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. He made a repair that would temp. help until he returns in March to make a complete repair. I would call them for all the roofing needs.

The roofer did a great job on repairing the hole on the roof. Also removed some branches and debris from the roof. Price is reasonable. The only negative I experience was they were a little late to the appointment.

The work quality was average to good, we had one minor quality matter that was (eventually) corrected. More concerning was the late or missed appointments and repeated lack of follow-up communication that really frustrated us. What should have taken a day, took weeks. Moreover, it continued even after raising our concern to Robert. Service was friendly and site was cleaned up well - just not timely.

Quickly repaired a slow roof leak by applying sealant where needed. Timely and friendly service, fair price, and commitment to come out/re-touch for free as follow up in case of the same problem. Wouldn't hesitate to call on Robert again in case of this or any other roofing needs.

He didn't charge very much and was willing to come soon and to work around my schedule. He came because of a big leak, but we showed him some small ones too. He fixed what he thought was the culprit but told us all the problems with how our roof was constructed, so we could go back to the original roofer. (I have a 7 year old townhouse.) When we still got a minor leak, he fixed what he thought was the rest of the problem. And he said he'd be happy to talk to the original roofer about what he did.

Robert not only figured out why our roof was leaking, he also discovered some potential problems in nearby siding. All of this was beautifully and successfully repaired in a surprisingly short amount of time and for a very reasonable cost. He also educated us on expectations for roof longevity and on options for roof care and replacement. He is personable and competent. We would certainly recommend him, and plan on calling on him in the future as needed.

A young go getter crew who knew their job, left us with a new garage roof that looks great. This contractor did a lot of extra work without us asking him to do it.
