Existing Skylight Repair, Replacements or Sealing
I hired Loyalty roofers to reseal a skylight in a home we recently purchased. The communication was easy and friendly from the moment we contacted each other. He arrived for a very small fix but conducted himself as if I was a big customer. When i mentioned I was having issues with other portions of my roof that another company was coming to fix he kindly took a look at the issue and discussed what was most likely causing the issue putting me at ease over mold I thought I may have in my attic space. Before resealing the skylight he also inspected the entire roof for me pointing out small things that may not be an issue now but would be over the course of the home. He then fixed those for me giving me peace of mind that the roof was in great conditon and ready to go. His work was professional and timly and he even repaired small things for me free of charge. I will definately be using Loyalty roofing for any further projects that will come up in the future and know that all work will be done well. Thank you again for everything you saved the day today!

Very professional. Very honest. His work is done exceptionally well and he works with you when it comes to price. He went above and beyond for me by sweeping my roof and cleaning my gutters. A really good person and I highly recommend him.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Brandon repaired a leak we had around a vent pipe from the bathroom. He replaced the defective boot with one the was a lot better quality than the one the roofers used when the new roof was placed a few years ago. He was very friendly and explained the problem and what he was doing. I will definitely call on him again with any roof problems I might have.
