I had a variety of projects for Alvin to do. Fix electronic front door lock - turned out existing lock was bad but he moved plate the lock went in to so new lock i bought worked correctly. He fixed 2 inside doors that were not latching and installed 3 shower safety bars. Plus installed a hand towel holder that i added last minute. Excellent work on all projecys!

Do not hire this man for tile or grout work. Albin said he would hand scrape out all the grout in our shower for about $900 and regrout our shower plus replace our shower floor. He said it would be that expensive because It would take four days. He worked four hours a day and said he was finished after 2 1/2 days total in hours. He poured the leftover grout down our toilet and my husband had to spend three hours digging the grout out of the toilet. He didnâ t take any of the original grout out of the shower, he just removed the grout on top of our original grout ( a thin layer that was peeling out with cleaning, which is why we hired Albin to regrout.) He also didnâ t finish the shower floor, he told us to get the rest of the extra grout out ourselves and left us sealer to finish ourselves. We can peel his thin layer on the walls with a fingernail and light pressure. Do not hire him! He charges a lot and grout down the toilet! Who would be so unprofessional as to clog your toilet with grout!
