I just finished a 6-week project with Roys Builders and was very impressed with their work ethic and overall craftsmanship. Roy was easy to work with, and David and his guys are also exceptional. They updated our master bath and two other smaller bathrooms, and laid the kitchen backsplash. Our master bath looks especially gorgeous with literally no flaws. We had 3 shower heads installed requiring new piping and everything was still completed on time. They were with me until every handle was in place and even cosmetic pieces were hung and in place. No stone was left un-turned. In a day when it is extremely difficult to find a reliable contractor, I would highly recommend Roy and his team and have already recommended them to friends and family.

If I could give Roys 6 stars I would. He does amazing work. His crew came into demo and re-install tile that we had previously installed last week, by whom we thought was an experienced contractor in tiling. Big mistake, and we were left with no choice but to start over. Since we are renovating our kitchen/living room and on a timeline for installing flooring and paint, it left us with only 1 week to get the demo done, order, and install the new tile. He started the following Tuesday, and he promised to be in an out in 2.5 days, and he OVER PERFORMED. The entire kitchen looks amazing. He will definitely be getting more business from us in the future. Thank you, Roy.

Thank you Roys Builders for my new kitchen and master bathroom remodel. Was looking to upgrade my outdated kitchen with new and fresh look, did not know much of how and what I needed to do. From the first phone call to the home estimate and design consultation I was impressed from the professionalism through out the entire job and it especially showed with the finished kitchen. We changed the cabinets, counter top, backsplash and build new island. The bathroom was completely renovated and I feel like I am in a luxury hotel very morning.

Loved working with Roy and his team... I did not know what kind of design we wanted for our remodel, but Roy was super helpful. They installed plumbing, a half bath and new sink, a small but functional kitchen and a seating area with custom furniture and did everything from A-Z. I would not have been able to come up with the ideas he did and our bathrooms came out gorgeous. We are so appreciative of all his help and understanding. Needless to say, we are thoroughly pleased and profoundly grateful. The rest of the home Is stunning but it is small and definitely needs to be upgraded, I will be calling them back after the holidays to start construction on my master bathroom.

I called Roys Builders for a full remodel (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, fireplace, and interior paint). Shawn, the project manager, was very informative and professional from the first meeting and was very helpful and patient throughout the process of us choosing exactly what we wanted our remodel to look like. Roys workers were tidy, professional, on time, and organized. They came every day, as Shawn said they would, on time and worked diligently. Shawn checked up on the job almost every day, as he promised, and was very flexible with a few changes we had but did not discuss from the beginning. Shawn, and the whole Roys Builders team, made us feel comfortable, secured, and ensured that we were in good hands. We finished about 2 weeks ago and everything looks and functions amazingly! I highly recommend working with Roys! Definitely my new go-to contractor!

Now let me just start off this review by saying that I am a contractors worst nightmare. This is because I am a perfectionist and will find every little thing that needs to be corrected or altered. That being said Roys Builders, and the owner Roy, did not let that phase them. Roy was available at every step of the way and was very good responding to texts and emails. We kept our current cabinet frames and had them give us new doors and also a brand-new custom-built in pantry. All the doors and drawers (also all new drawers) are all soft close and the cabinet above the fridge is also new, in addition to the pantry which we absolutely love. I felt comfortable having them in my home, and they cleaned up after every day of work. Again like I said anytime I needed something adjusted because of my perfectionism, Roy had no problem sending his guys back over. I would definitely recommend them!

We just completed our kitchen remodel with David and his team, and we could not be more thrilled with the result! We absolutely love our new kitchen! Roys quote was very reasonable compared to the 4 other contractors we met with, and he was ALWAYS easy to get in contact with, from beginning to end. Aside from Davids expertise and his awesome crew, he is a very kind and understanding person which made working with him so enjoyable. His crew is very friendly and professional, and they do impressive work. We were very apprehensive before starting our project as we have heard and read many kitchen renovation horror stories--but because David did a lot of listening and put us in contact with the right kind of resources, our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined. David and his crew have the knowledge and know-how to fix any issue that may arise, and that certainly put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Roys and will definitely be returning to him for future projects!

I originally met with Roy s Builders to have a smaller closet project done in our bedroom. Once I met with Adam, we started discussing the possibility of getting our completely wrecked old 2nd bath and Laundry room redone. At the time I was not expecting being able to accomplish that big project anytime soon. However, he came up with really smart solutions to cut costs and still have the amazing result I wanted. They were so great at working within our budget and finding way to get the project done beautifully. They always stayed within the time they quoted to get the project done as well as helped through any unexpected issues that may arise. Sometimes I thought they were more concerned about the end result than I was! There is no doubt Roy s Builders care about your project as much as you do and deliver the same quality they would expect in their own homes. Both areas they worked on have turned out absolutely perfect. Highly recommend them and will use them again should I find another project someday.

Where do I start! We had a great experience working with Roy. I really appreciate him being super detail-oriented and helpful during our project. The initial project was just a bathroom remodeling, but it turned into a pretty much whole house renovation with layout changes. It was an expensive decision for us but one that we are grateful we made. From the very beginning, Roys team was easy to work with and very professional. He communicated with us every step of the way and responded to texts and emails always within a fast timeframe. Roys quote was 3 months to complete the job and did it in just under 2! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for some high-quality work done in their homes.

Shawn is a great asset to the company. He sat down with us and planned everything with me from start to finish. They gave me a full written report of a quote, sketches and more along with the job. Just seemed so professional, more than most. The other companies do not seem to compare to them because they have a certain type of customer service I appreciate. I change my mind a lot, so I need someone handy almost all day every day. We went with different finishes, different cabinets, different colors. So happy with the results!

Our experience with Roys Builders was outstanding. Omer and his crew were very easy to work with. David was always on time and followed up quickly with any questions or concerns we had. He and his crew really took the time to go over options and ideas with us. They really make you feel comfortable and trustworthy! We honestly had such a pleasant, not so stressful, experience with this company. Usually dealing with contractors and remodeling can be quite a roller coaster. We had beautiful stone work done on our fireplace which took a lot of detail and precision with extremely heavy stone on an 11 ft ceiling. We also had backs plash put into our kitchen. Anything that I needed to be adjusted David made sure was taken care of immediately (which was not much at all). He and his crew really take pride in their work and design. Most importantly making sure the client is happy! Their turn around time for work was pretty quick as well! We will be doing more work with Roys Builders very soon. From the moment that Roys Builders came to our home, we felt comfortable with their estimates and suggestions for our master bathroom remodel. And decided to give them a try! My husband and I decided to make the big step of buying our first home together this year. We found a great house but the floor plan needed updating. We spent a lot of time deciding who should do the renovations. We actually had recommendations from good friends for contractors but happened upon the Roys Builders reviews while surfing online and decided to check them out. We met Roy and immediately felt comfortable with him. We decided to knock out a big wall, build a brand new kitchen, add 2 bathrooms, and build an addition. The best thing about working with Shawn and his crew is that we know things are happening at a good pace at a high level of quality and we do not have to micromanage things. Shawn always keeps us updated and is super responsive. We are constantly texting over nights and weekends and he is always happy to answer our questions and guide us. We have been very lucky that the process has gone smoothly for us and it has even been somewhat enjoyable haha. I rarely give a five star rating but Roys Builders deserve this rating. RB recently remodeled my whole house (kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and paint all 3 bedrooms), and I am glad I picked him as my contractor. Roy is honest, reliable and guarantees his works. He provided a lot of recommendation when selecting material to ensure I do not spend money on things I do not need. He also went above and beyond what is required of him. He is very detail oriented. When we did the final walked through for inspection, he pointed out certain cosmetic flaws that I was not aware of. He immediately fixed them the next day and ensure that I was satisfy of his work. Most contractors would not say anything unless you complain but Roys crew was honest and wanted to do it right. I highly recommend Roys Builders as a contact to anyone.

We had an aged kitchen that we inherited when we moved in several years ago with old industrial type lighting, range hood, and dilapidated white counter-top tiles including aged looking cabinets from an earlier unsuccessful reno. Following contract sign-off with Roys Builders, we were very pleasantly surprised how things moved on very quickly thanks to Roy, who helped us out first with the granite and back-splash selection while providing valuable tips for cabinets refinishing and color palette selection. We were very impressed with how he efficiently coordinated work activities in a clock-work manner by sending crews in waves one after another to finish the work expeditiously. The crew members did a high quality work including finishes while being courteous and coming on time. Roy is very nice and fun to work with while he was always doing his best to make us happy. It is unreal how great and different our kitchen looks like now with new counter-tops, refinished cabinets, range hood, and recessed lighting. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and the quality of work associated with Roys Builders, especially Shawn (Project Manager). Roy is a true professional that fully understands what you are looking for and delivers 100%. I had several questions since this was my first major improvement on my house and he was quick to answer every single item. It only took 2 days for my entire kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one master, one guest) to be completely remodeled with new quartz counter tops, appliances, sinks/faucets and will be using him again very soon to install a kegerator, wine fridge, custom cabinets with a quartz counter top and backsplash. Roy replies to text messages and phone calls immediately and offers competitive prices. We have 2 more bathrooms to do and I will almost certainly have them do it when the time is right!

We ended up choosing them to do our kitchen remodel due to the professionalism that was displayed, their familiarity and ideas of what we needed, the samples of previous jobs that were provided and their communication skills. From the first phone call that we placed until the job was completed, it was nothing less than amazing. The quality of the workmanship and cabinets looks like much more than we paid. We really appreciated always being updated with how the kitchen was progressing, and also the ability to get a hold of either the job site supervisor or owner if we had any questions or concerns. I recently worked with Roys Builders on my condo renovation, which included replacing floors, painting vanity, and electric in two bathrooms. After speaking with several contractors, it was a no doubter choosing Roys. Roy was at my house the same day that I first called him inquiring (around 5pm after he had gotten finished at another job site and should have already been done for the day) and was there to help with questions every step of the way getting things ready to get done. He was very personable and always found a way to make sure things were taken care of. When the time came, Roys team worked quickly and the final result was amazing. I will highly recommend Roys to any and all friends looking for a similar job!

So Roy s has completed the bathroom and it is amazing. Pretty much more than we can ask for. All we wanted was a functioning bathroom again and that is exactly what we got and more. There is still one more thing that needs to be done but that should be quick and easy. Roy has been amazing. Definitely someone that I trust in my house and someone that I would recommend to everyone. He is very honest and very willing to work with his customers. This is definitely something that is lacking with a lot of the other companies that I spoke with. They were more focused on telling me what they can do and not necessarily asking me what it was that I was looking for and then working from there. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with RB s and I will definitely be keeping their number in case of any other work that I will need in the future.
