Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I needed to replace 2 water heaters. Since they were gas I preferred to get a plumber to do it for me. After getting an outrageous quote from the big box store I called Patrick based on a friend's recommendation. He was polite, offered a range of installation options related to the replacement and offered a quote that was in line with my expectations for the amount of work agreed to. Communication, scheduling and the actual service were great. Would definitely recommend them.

This job was just too big for Patrick. It involved repair porch and deck and painting. What should have been a 3 -4 day job turned into 3-week and he still didn't finish. He had problems with his help. He was inconsistent in showing up. In addition, the job was way outside his skill set. He might be a great plumber, but he is not a great handyman. He is a nice young man though and I hope that he is successful.

The company came out to hang holiday lights for me. I appreciated that they made sure I was satisfied with the work they had did. They were also very timely and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a handyman and would hire them again myself.

They were right on time, in fact a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. He did a great job in switching out a ceiling light fixture for me. He was very courteous and took care of every detail even taking the trash out and sweeping the floor, also patching some srew holes left from the old fixture. The fee was very reasonable.

Water Heater Repair or Service
Great experience - I called on the Sunday of a holiday weekend, Patrick showed up and fixed my water heater, which had broken the previous night. It was such a relief to get hot water back and not have to wait until Tuesday. Two other really good things: first, he didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need - another plumber I called claimed that I would have to replace the entire water heater! Second, he charged a very fair price. A lot of others would have charged a huge fee for coming out on a Sunday, especially the Sunday of a holiday weekend, he didn't even charge extra for it. Overall I absolutely recommend Patrick and will definitely contact him again.

Contacted within ten minutes of posting for assistance. Needed assistance in unclogging backed up sink drain and a slow draining tub. After using machine to fix the sink drain and then addressing the tub drain. He checked two additional sinks and adjusted stoppers to make then more efficient. was done in just over an hour. Drains working perfectly.

He called me within 5 minutes of my message, offering to come do the work immediately (it was 9:30 p.m.) We decided it'd be better for him to come in the morning, and he was at my house at 6:45 and had our lines cleaned out by 8:15. Great service and affordable pricing. Would offer my highest recommendation and hire again.
