I had dirt for a backyard and a neighbor referred Roy to me. So glad I did. So easy to work with, great communication, five star workmanship, and hope I have another project so I can use him again. great price also

Primarily we had issues finding each other but once we did, Roy was on time, polite and did a fantastic job. I will be calling him again soon for the next project.

I contacted Roy to repair brickwork on my front steps. Roy promptly inspected the job, gave me a quote and scheduled the work, arrived on time, and got the work done that day for the agreed amount even after finding a bit of a surprise once the old brick was removed. We highly recommend him.

Roy repaired, power washed and sealed my brink porch and power washed my siding and the brick facade. He also washed the concrete pathways, driveway and garage. He gave me good suggestions on improvements to my property, I did pay more then the estimate,but I had asked him to do more on short notice and he was able to accommodate, Overall the work he did improved the look of my house. He was prompt, did what he said he would and was careful and thoughtful with my property.

He follows through with his commitments whether they be a timely appointment meeting or a notice of a weather delay. Any potential design is thoroughly explained prior to installation. Thorough in his explanation of the design, materials, and installation. Easy to work with. A rare professional in the construction industry.

The cost of the work was $1,500.00 and the total work time was only 10 manhours. 7 hours for the helper and 3 hours for the owner. Or $150/hour for each man.

Roy tore out and replaced new brick steps for me. He was very easy to work with and did quality work. I would recommend him to anyone needed brick work.

Roy is extremely professional: from the first call to the quote to the finished work. I got him at the right time, Roy and his assistant Arthuro finished repairing the retaining wall and did an EXCELLENT job. He also chose the right material, introduced me to new methods which is better suited for the retaining wall. I would definitely go back to him for any future work and highly recommend him!
