The service was satisfactory, unfortunately I was somewhat at a disadvantage in light of the fact my property was for sale and I had to correct the problem as soon as possible with out delay as potential home buyers were viewing the property. I did not have time to request a second opinion and compare price.

Roy is SUCH a kind, gentle person with a wealth of experience!! He is a kid person and is patient if the kids are around and have questions or just want to watch what he's doing. He educates you (and your kids) and says that if he ever needs to come back because of one creepy crawly, he will! He makes you feel very confident in his knowledge and he is very respectful of home and property. Melissa in the office is very kind and the scheduling is easy. They are a wonderful company and I'm comfortable in knowing that the work being performed is not a gimmick, but the real deal. I am spider and roach free and if I do find one, it's d-e-a-d.
