RSM Services of Wauseon Ohio LLC

Our 24 yr old central a/c went out on a Friday afternoon, the first repair person we contacted came out the following morning, & within 10 minutes told us what was wrong & quoted us a price. Then told us his finance guy would give us a call in the nxt few hours. During this time I came across RSM via the Angi app, gave them a call told them what we needed and within a few minutes he called us back with a quote which was between $600 to $1,500 cheaper depending on which unit & warranty we wanted & within 30 minutes had us set up with financing approval all before the 1st company?s finance guy called us back. Tuesday our service guy showed up on time as scheduled 8AM and was done replacing the unit by Noon! RSM was very professional throughout the whole process. I did find it somewhat comical that on their Angis Profile & on 1 of the websites I found through google it says that they have 0 years experience in the HVAC business which you know is a typo as soon as the owner starts talking to you about what?s needed and I?m just thankful I didn?t let the typo stop me from contacting them so hopefully if that hasn?t been corrected by now just know that there is a real person who has hired them and couldn?t be happier with the service they provided and the speed in which they were able to complete the job in.
