When I hired them I gave a verbal list of things I wanted. The condo had recently been thoroughly painted, so vacuuming was not a priority. I asked for all registers, heating to be vacuumed, they said yes, they did that and dusted ceiling fans, (questionable), clean out fridge, microwave, oven and stove. I am putting the condo on the market and wanted spic and span. DID NOT HAPPEN! I now have a whole lost of work ahead of me to get this on the market. DONE!!

Ruben was responsive and on time for his estimate and the work. He completed the job earlier than scheduled when he had a change and did as agreed for what was a fair price for the work.
