Did not try to upsell anything even though I had a few issues they told me the truth highly recommended.

Really polite and honest professional experience. I highly recommend them. They could've lied any the issue and charged me more but they fixed the issue and I saved money as a result.

I hired this company in June 2019. This company was well worth the value! I am a brand new homeowner and was hoping they would give me a crash course in pool care as well as open it and on the phone they assured me someone would walk me through it. They came within the time window and opened my pool for the season. I was lucky and my pool was crystal clear when opened, so they added the chemicals and "shocked it" and told me to test it in a few days. They were super nice and quickly went through the basics on backwashing and referred me to YouTube for other things. They were done within 40 min. A few days later I realized the pressure gauge was broken and had to replace it. I took away one star, because I feel that they should have known something was wrong with the gauge when they came. Either way, great value for the price!! Replacing the valve was easy... I did it with YouTube on my side!! Lol! My pool has stayed clean and clear since June 27th. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

The professionals that worked on my pool were courteous and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about maintaining a pool and they showed me the ropes. My pool is clean and running fine.

They failed to explain you can set the amount of hours. It is very tedious, when you have grandchildren waiting to swim!

The pool opening went well but the power vac session did not. All personnel that we dealt with were polite. However I was very clear that the pool was filled with leaves and sand. I was told the power vac session would take care of that and it was $85/hr with expectations of 1 hour. When he came he started to power vac but said there were too many leaves so he began manually scooping them out. As the first hour was almost up he asked if we wanted to continue or just wait until the regular cleaning was scheduled (in two weeks). We asked if he would be able to get it down with another hour and he said he wasn t sure. We told him to continue. He spent the next hour again manually scooping leaves. At the end of the 2 hours I had several piles of leaves all over my brand new patio, a ton of leaves still in the pool and all of the sand still in the pool. I paid just under $200 for the man to scoop leaves out with a net for 2 hours. My husband called them a few times quite upset. They said they would call back and then phone tag was played for a while. Today I called them again because the regular cleaning is scheduled for tomorrow and reminded her about how it had gone last time and Told her there was still a ton of sand (we got the remaining leaves out and a lot sand ourselves. She said well they are just coming to do a regular vacuum and will test the water for you. I asked how they tested the water and she told me she doesn t know what they have on the truck that they use. I said ok then let s cancel the service and everything going forward. She said ok and that was it. For the amount of money spent I would have expected better results. I do understand our pool had a lot of stuff in it but I did make that clear from the beginning and when they came to open the pool they were able to see it as well. This just isn t a company I d like to work with going forward but perhaps others will have a better experience with them.

The company is infested with an amateur, incompetent staff, who perform substandard work. The staff is disrespectful to their customers and the owner, John, attempt to correct their poor work by pandering. They are unable to maintain a work schedule. I would not suggest anyone get involved with this company. Long Island has many reputable pool repair and maintenance companies, but this is not one. As customers, we would be better off if this company went out of business.

They did a great job on vacuuming my pool and keeping the water balanced.office staff is very good.
