I hired this company in June 2019. This company was well worth the value! I am a brand new homeowner and was hoping they would give me a crash course in pool care as well as open it and on the phone they assured me someone would walk me through it. They came within the time window and opened my pool for the season. I was lucky and my pool was crystal clear when opened, so they added the chemicals and "shocked it" and told me to test it in a few days. They were super nice and quickly went through the basics on backwashing and referred me to YouTube for other things. They were done within 40 min. A few days later I realized the pressure gauge was broken and had to replace it. I took away one star, because I feel that they should have known something was wrong with the gauge when they came. Either way, great value for the price!! Replacing the valve was easy... I did it with YouTube on my side!! Lol! My pool has stayed clean and clear since June 27th. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
