ACAC provides a large scope of demolition services. We remove and haul anything, inside or outside. We take down everything structurally from decks to warehouses. We take out all interior elements from a business or residence. **Small Structure demolition, such as sheds & out-buildings & gazebos & hot tubs & decks **Medium Structure demolition: small warehouses and barns. **Interior demolition, Stripping to the stud. Removing non-load bearing walls. Taking out ceilings, flooring, insulation, ducts, wiring, appliances. Sites are kept clean and secure ...throughout the job. ACAC can handle the complete process from permitting to cleanup. ACAC uses its own employees, trucks and containers. Your schedule will be met. ACAC is fully insured. Everything that can be re-used, recycled, or re-purposed will be. Donation receipts will be mailed, if requested. I needed to have two old rotting sheds dismantled and removed from my new backyard. They responded quickly to my request. Negotiated on price. Were able to get the job on their calendar within a few days. Got the job done. The only reason I docked one star is that I m still finding scraps here and there that didn t make it on the trailer to the landfill. This would not be much of a concern, except that I have very curious little dogs who, like toddlers, will put anything in their mouths. The good news is that the scraps I m finding are OSB or plywood. They seem to have done a thorough job, scanning the yard with magnets to pick up nails. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Although the work has not been done yet, Scott came out the same day. He walked through the house and after he left I received his bid within an hour and half or so. He is such a nice person, the company is father and son and they will begin work the next day. Also his price was WELL below what a contractor bid, and that co tractor wasn’t even providing the dumpster. So far... I not only would recommend them, I plan to use them in every job I have. Thank you Scott for your professionalism and looking forward to working with you!

Guys were professional, friendly and responsive. The only suggestion I would have is that tarps be used to block the dust from going to other rooms. Some dust can't be avoided with a demo job, so it wasn't unexpected, but a little extra prep prior to the demo would have kept things a little cleaner. This is not a complaint, just an observation. I would use this company again for future jobs.
