Ruben's Air Conditioning & Heating

It is July 4th! Every big company I called said they didn t have any parts in stock, they could maybe help me next week I was so stressed out and so upset. Called Ruben s, Carlos showed up in two hours, when he said he would, he had the part on his truck and now I ve got air-conditioning! And he didn t up-charge me or give me a bunch of fast talking. No extra for the holiday. He explained and showed me stuff. I am very, very, very pleased and will recommend them again.

Came within 1.5 hours even though it was Sunday afternoon. Diagnosed and Did the repair requested. Warned of possible issues and made suggestions on options for repair or replacement. Very personable - knowledgeable - quick and thorough. Explained and answered my questions

Ac hadn t been working for 3 years and I finally got tired of using window ac units. They came by and it works perfect now.
