He was really kind came on time installed the water heater quick he knew what he was doing and he even talked to us the whole time that's what really made this a easy transition he also offered other services like installing electrical work he does

MR RUCKMAN DIDN'T COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB. WE HAVE GIVEN HIM AMPLE TIME TO RETURN. HE SAID HE WOULD BUT AS OF YET HE HASN'T RETURNED AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE ELECTRIC IN MY GARAGE.

Mr.Ruckman was very efficent and got the job done a lot faster than I could have hoped and for a lot cheaper as well.

He was very prompt on the time in which he arrived. I was wanting an AO Smith hot water heater and he had one. He installed it and only had a slight problem getting my pump to work but he figured it out. The wiring in my house is old and hard to figure out.
