Bathroom - Remodel
Rudolph is very unprofessional and does not communicate on appointments or missed appointments. Missed 5 appointments and no called with half the money in his pocket.

"Mr. Willis changed the schedule so much that his original time scheduled he canceled. He apparently was have plumbing issues & took forever getting the time right. I tried to get his job done that was supposed to take 4 hrs but he is so scattered."

Door or Window Screens - Install or Repair

I had to keep contacting the project manager to come back and fix things I didn't feel were done correctly. For enclosing the existing pation to be a screened in porch, some additional posts and wood had to be added to support the screen. The wood used was not top grade, and had to be spackled and sanded, the nails used to attach pieces of wood we left exposed, the nails used to secure the base to the concrete patio were all left sticking out rather than cut off flush with the wood , Of the screen rolls brought over, only 1 was the correct size, so building adjustments had to be made to allow for the smaller width of the screen. This resulted in smaller openings of the frame. So instead of having a wide view, there are posts about avery 12x34; so the view is obscured. The screens were not brought to be taught at the bottom, some of the screens were not trimmed out. The staples holding on the wood pieces to frame it out were not spackled over & painted. When things were brought to the attention of the contractor, he became angry and walked off the job.
