Glass Shower Door or Enclosure Installation
Rudy's Glass was a disaster. I hired them to install a shower door on my newly tiled shower. They were the low bidder. They were charming in their presentation and said I would be very happy with their work and that it was fully guaranteed. The installation was very poor. The fixed panel was broken at the corner and I found a small PIECE OF GLASS IN THE SHOWER AFTER THEY LEFT THE JOB. The gap between the shower door and the fixed panel is 5/8 ". This is at least 3/8 " too wide based on industry standard and unacceptable. I have tried for 3 weeks to meet with the owner and have made appointments and been given assurances that have been broken. My last communication with them was by text after they said they were too busy to take my phone call. i told them I was going to give them a bad review and they texted back "do what you have to do. " I owned a service business for many years and I know how difficult it can be to please your customer but that was my always main job and I took a great deal of pride in it. Clearly Rudy's Glass does not. I will have the job redone properly by another contractor.
