Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Ruff had complete access to my roof attic before giving me a quote. I believed the quote was fair based on another quote I had gotten. Ruff said they could replace the roof in a day (it took 4).Ruff seemed very professional & I signed their agreement. They chose the day they would come & arrived on time. Then, they told me that it would be an extra $28500 as there was no decking. I told them I could not pay that & wanted to cancel the contract -within the 3-day period. They did not want to cancel as the crew & supplies were there. While we were discussing pricing & whether the contract would continue, their crew was removing my shingles, even though I told them to stop. We finally agreed on a total price-still too high, but my roof now was missing shingles and needed replacement ASAP. They did not take care with my house or plants and screwed up my gutters and left debris in them. They said they would clean the gutters but have ignored my follow-up to get it done. Very unprofessional!
