Great job. Finished job in time frame quoted. Extremely aware of my property near and clean

Jhefferson Rufino is a great team leader and has a strong team. Very punctual and understanding. Very happy with the work he did with our deck. Definitely will work again.

Working with Jorge and his team from Rufino was the best experience for our first remodel project! Jorge was so communicative, his guys were always on time, and did excellent work. If I needed to change anything they were quick to accommodate. I canâ t say enough good things about Jorge and we are happy that we have found our contractor for all of our future projects. Highly recommend!

Is a great company always get the job done I will call them again for my kitchen remodeling so far they did my bathroom and my roof so if you need something done in your house just give RUfino home improvement a call you will be happy iam

I had the pleasure of working with Rufino this past summer. I had initially contracted them to repair and upgrade my deck which was in a state of disrepair. My primary contact was Jorge Daflon who was always on top of communications. His efforts behind communications really made the experience feel top-notch. The project actually ended up expanding from just a deck replacement/upgrade into a full-on addition to the house by converting the deck into a 3-season room as well as a new roof (and Chimney) for the house, which was also due. Our relationship actually started at the end of May 2022, but due to many delays introduced by the permitting process, the roof wasn't completed until mid-July 2022 and the deck wasn't completed until October 2022! Jorge and his colleagues were very persistent and followed up with the city as often as every few days during a few stages of the approval process (which included pursuing a variance through the city building commission). Along the way, Jorge provided very detailed updates for me to ensure that it was clear what stage of the process we were in. The variance process required multiple meetings with the City's building commission as well as a meeting at City Hall for the community to voice their support for or against the project. Rufino had attended this meeting with me and assisted with the preparations that ultimately got approved. The deck replacement project didn't go perfectly, as there was an unintentional interruption of electrical service to another building due to some underground power lines that were damaged. I worked with Jorge to coordinate the repair of this service, to which he was very motivated to help. So much so, that he actually helped to dig up (and fill back in) the trench for the repair work! Bottom line to my review is that while Rufino may not be the cheapest company in the area, they are competitively priced and their workmanship is very high quality. The result of the deck project exceeded my expectations and I was very happy to have used Rufino for my project work. I would absolutely hire them again for future project work around my house.

The workmen were courteous and efficient, and the tile installation was flawless. i will use Rufino for future jobs on my house.

I hired Rufino after seeing the work they did for a friend. Jhefferson and team remodelled 3 bathrooms, installed hardwood floors in bedrooms, and painted. The team was very professional and easy to work with. They were very accommodating and even backtracked on work done and made the changes we requested. Also a very competitive quote on top of all this. Great job and I would hire them again.

Jhefferson and the team did a great job with our deck. They proposed good solutions and material, and they kept us up to date on the progress. The end result is fantastic, and we can enjoy our morning coffee on our new deck every day! I have recommended Jhefferson to people we know several times, and we will continue to use them for other projects. Recommended!

They did a fantastic job installing a tile backsplash in our kitchen. They were very responsive with any questions I had ahead of time; arrived on time; completed the job in a timely manner; cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for our next tile project.

Jhefferson and Team did a great Job with our bathroom model! Very professional and great to work with. He makes sure that you are completely satisfied and only then take the payment. I took quotes from 5 different vendors and his quote was reasonable. I have already referred them to some of my friends and will continue doing the same. I would use their services again for sure!

Very professional and clean just all-around great people great company to do business with I will have more work for them soon

Rufino Home Improvement has replaced the whole roof of my house in Weston, which has a roof roof surface area around 6200 square.. Jefferson, the owner of the company, was very professional and knowledgeable.. He told me that he would finish the work in a week but finished in four days.. He brought around 12 workers who worked amazingly efficient and clean.. I am truly pleased with the service and attention I got and strongly suggest Rufino Home Improvement.. Their pricing were also very reasonable.

Jorge and. his staff were very responsive and did quality work. Would highly recommend!

Jheff and Rufino team were very responsive to me, as the building owner, and to the tenants whose businesses were affected by the work being performed. The work was completed quickly and with a high degree of attention to detail. When a problem or concern was identified, Jheff and his team responded quickly and got the issue addressed. They came in on budget and on time in spite of the difficulty of getting materials because of supply chain issues. I would definitely consider Rufino Home Improvement for other projects.

Rufino Home Improvement did an amazing job building a porch for my home. They were reliable, courteous and always on time. Jefferson took his time to listen to our needs and ideas for the project and at the end it came out great. We recommend them and we will definitely hire them again.

Jeff and his team work on a timely fashion as promise and they were very professional and he did everything he was suppose as he promised! Great team to work with! Highly recommend!!!

I was having a hard time getting contractors to respond and/or commit to some bathroom work I needed to get done. Rufino was the exception. They came to house to inspect work and gave me a very reasonable quote (better than most others). They committed to do the job and had a team of people on-site when they said they would be there. My contact at Rufino was great about calling me to check in on progress, see if I had any concerns or questions and working with me on scheduling future work. I was very happy with the work they did and the way they conducted themselves throughout the process. They took a lot of pride in their work. I would hire them again in a minute.

Jhefferson cares about your project, he listens. He takes pride of his work, very respectful and reasonable. His crew members are equally good.

I have done lots of projects for my home improvement but Rufino Hoke Improvement is the best, Jhefferson is easy to communicate with, treat you with respect and he hears your needs and instructions.
