Brad was very professional and did an amazing job putting a shower in my basement replacing a tub/shower combination. He was very particular making sure that everything fit like it should in a place that was that wasn’t square. Brad made sure that everything was cleaned up when he left every night vacuuming and mopping. I would highly recommend him and a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience with Brad from Rugged Ridge Construction and highly recommend him. I had a persistent leak in my bathtub, and because my fixtures are older, it wasn’t a simple fix. He had to come back twice to make sure everything was fully resolved, and he stayed committed to getting it right. What I really appreciated was how he tried to keep costs down and avoid tearing into the wall more than necessary. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers instead of just going for the most expensive option. On top of that, he was always punctual, professional, and very polite. It’s not always easy to find someone this reliable. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing issues.

We worked with Brad at Rugged Ridge to renovate the bedrooms and bathrooms of our home in Loveland and he was wonderful throughout the whole process. Very transparent and frequent communication, lots of updates with photos along the way, clear options and his recommendations when we had unexpected surprises that needed a decision, and excellent facilitation of the contractors and permitting along the way. He has high standards for quality workmanship and really pays attention to detail. He also is nice and friendly and very approachable. We are already in discussion about the next phase of renovations we want to do with Rugged Ridge! 10 / 10 would recommend!

Brad and his team were absolutely amazing! We wanted our basement finished by mid July and they were able to finish it in just over month. Brad was really great at communicating every step of the way and always made sure we knew what to expect. He also worked with us on ways to bring down the costs so we stayed within our budget. He is definitely the guy you want if you are looking for a contractor.

We recently worked with Brad and Rugged Ridge construction to remodel 3 of our bathrooms. Best decision ever! Brad’s attention to detail is top notch. His workmanship and work ethic are incredible, and he hires subcontractors who are like minded. We had unexpected company, and Brad made sure that we had a full working bathroom! Above and beyond! Brad also made sure that we kept on budget. We ended up adding a few details and Brad made sure to get us accurate estimates. We had no surprises throughout the whole project. We could not be happier with the quality of work and the beautiful bathrooms.

Brad (owner) was fantastic throughout the whole process. He walked us through every step and asked for feedback along the way. He did things promptly once he committed to a timeline and would communicate the reason if anything had to be delayed (which was usually on our part for changing something). The finished project is beautiful and could tell that he did things even better than if it was his own home. We get so many compliments on our basement and recommend him to everyone who even mentions needing a GC. I would get in with him quickly before the word gets out and people find out how awesome, thorough, and reasonably priced he is.
