Ruiz Construction does top quality work! We have received compliments from multiple neighbors on how seamless the room addition appears to the original structure. Frank, the owner is personable and ensured the construction was planned to minimize our discomfort while one bathroom was demoed and the other was being built. They put in extra effort to match all the new room doors with the closet doors. Frank was flexible with changes such as adding additional lights and electrical outlets. The quality of drywall work is superb. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with our end results! I would highly recommend Ruiz Construction! We had two bids for our project and I am positive we picked the right company. I would hire Ruiz Construction again for any other construction needs!!

The contractor did not finish the work and I'm disputing the money already paid! I never leave negative comments about anybody, because this is their livelihood. However, don't tell me you're a general contractor with a valid California contractor's license (I didn't check it for sure!), then get progress payments for garbage work that's in the process of being torn out and redone now! The job wasn't completed on time per our contract, and that was even after allowing him to pick a finish date further out. I hired this company based on the reviews I saw and after meeting him. I don't know who these people are who gave him five star reviews, but I should have asked for references. I asked to see photos of his work and was shown great work, but at the time I thought they looked picture perfect and wondered if they were found on the internet. I have a ton of extra molding sitting in the garage too after he gave me the linear feet needed for the job. It's obvious he picked some number off the top of his head and didn't measure anything. I hope the next person who hires him will have a better, five star experience.

I hired Ruiz construction to remodel and fix damage done by water and mold. I was immediately comfortable with the expertise , knowledge and friendliness of this company and it s staff. I am very happy with all the work done and would recommend them to anyone needing their services. 10 stars!!!!!!!

They came the next day after I called. Once they were at my home, they found the problem right away and quickly fixed it and went on their way. No mess no fuss - done!
