Was available on short notice. The appointment was set up 24 hours before and I was expecting a hiccup, but everything went as planned. Bill was on time, very professional, and was kind to my 3 dogs when he was in the house. Project took 45 mins and quality was great. He also gave me advice on other problems outside the scope of the project which I appreciate.

Both Steve (tech) and Rick (management) worked with us to get our air conditioner fixed when everyone else said they were too busy to help us. This was after a company we had been dealing with for years would not help us. The temperature was 94 degrees that day, yet they made time to come out, evaluate and fix the problem. Chris showed up the same day I spoke with him and fixed the problem. He explained to me what the issue was and took care of it. I thank God for him since my furnace was not working properly and the cold weather is here.

Chris is wonderful. I would recommend him.

Didn't fix the air conditioner unit and charged me for the Freon gas. The next day the coil pipe was frozen and when I hired a different vendor they told me that it is not fully filled in. I haven't had any issue since then.

Originally hired them a couple of years ago to install a generator. There was a 'glitch' in the install and the battery went dead soon because the manufacturer failed to notify contractors that new models had a revised installation. That was fixed but this year when we had the generator serviced, the service company found that wire was not installed properly - or at all. Circuit had been 'jumpered' at the generator. When we contacted Rush they were very apologetic and promised to get here. After a couple of weeks we called again and they said they would come that Friday. It's been 5 or 6 weeks now and we can't get a return call - and no one will pick up the phone to talk to us. We are very disappointed and will have to hire someone to fix their mistake.

They called me promptly after I went on Home Advisor. They were able to schedule a time quickly that was convenient for me. They completed the work quickly and efficiently.

It was completely understandable they were late as the temperature was very hot so many people were having A/C issues. Worked in the dark to get the job done until after 9. Friendly straight forward service and took the time to show me what the issue was. I would definetly
