I am an Independent Home Inspector,Sole Proprietor.(not part of any Franchise ) Russ Boyance Inspections has been in business since 2005. I have over 27 years of experience with Home Remodeling and Home Inspections in the Richmond metro area . I bring the knowledge with 85 hours of class room training and over 2500 inspections to every Inspection. Knowledge is Key. I am a Buyers Inspector, my job is to provide them with the condition of the Property that they have a contract too buy. Monitoring stages of new construction "from beginning to end" for instate and out of state home buyers. Also, I do Builders 1 year warranty Inspections and Commercial Inspections. All of my Inspection are for those that are buying or selling a home or property. *Attention* We do not provide termite inspections, Well or Septic Inspection.

Very knowledgeable and thorough. I hired Mr. Boyance to perform the inspection of my home. I believe a lot of issues were avoided with the construction of my home due to the thorough reports provided to the builder during the process.

We had hired a mold company to come in and get the mold out of my mom s house and they were charging a huge amount. Russ called me over and showed me that we could clean it ourselves with bleach so we did it took a little time but it looks like new again.

Mr. Boyance is not just an inspector, he is personable and makes you feel as if you've known him forever. He was beyond thorough and concise during the entire process, but never missed a chance to make us laugh! The inspection lasted over 2 hours, and 2 days later we had our report. It was 44 pages, and included more precise information than we ever expected. I highly recommend Russ to anyone in need of a trusted, truly professional inspector!
