"It is stated clearly on my website to email me. this is how I communicate with my customers. I work in the field 7 days a week. I do not sit behind a desk where I can answer phone calls all day. When I am working in someone's yard, I do not answer my phone out of courtesy to my present customer. I give them 100% of my attention. I do not chat nor text on my phone while working. I leave my house at 5:30am and I usually don't get home until 6pm. I then spend time with my family (homework, bath time, etc.). Also, emails don't lose information. It's always stored!"

Russel came prepared and on time. He completed the job in less than 7 hrs by himself, which was less than half the anticipated project time. He also had many parts that were missing or lost in the shipping process, so there no delays at all. I would recommend Russel highly to anyone serious about safety and efficiency

Russel was very professional and trustworthy. He worked around our schedule and completed the installation on time. Russel Huber is very efficient and diligent about the work he performs. He was prompt and extremely hard working. Our swing set looks great. I am so happy with the job that he did. 6 months ago Russel Huber installed a swingset that was blown over in a minor wind storm last week that did not damage any of the several nearby swingsets and did not even move our deck furniture. In response, Russel said nothing could be done when clearly proper bracing and anchoring could have prevented this collapse. We paid $375 for a professional installation. Frankly speaking, I am concerned for the safety of children playing on swingsets installed by Russel Huber both now and in the future. His bragging that it only takes him 60-90 minutes to put up one of these swingsets seems very misplaced after this event.

"There were no missing bolts, scews, boards, etc...The set was anchored into the ground with the supplied stakes and screws. I offered to help with the situation, but they feel I do real bad work. Also, I called the same day he called me and I cleaned up his entire yard when I finished. I believe he is just looking to blame me for what the wind did to his set."

Russel was very professional and very prompt with his communication when scheduling the set up. His web-site was very clear on pricing and his experience with swing set installation, which is important when it comes to the safety of your children and the investment a large swing set is for many families.
