He is unable to pressurize so item was not repaired, however, he did tell me before coming that he would be unable to repair if it was pressure.

Big problem with a previous disposal install that MR. Russell diagnosed and repaired. Multiple malfunctions in the plumbing were corrected and a new disposal was installed. Work was done effectively and with great service.

"I spent the time to tell the customer that her refrigerator had a leak in the sealed system. The compressor was working, but there was not enough refrigerant to bring the temperature low enough in the freezer section to adequately freeze items there, and subsequently it would not make ice. I provided her with the name of a technician who works on leaks in refrigerant systems, and even took a picture of the evaporator coils in the freezer and sent it to him and gave her phone number to him. He returned my call and said that because of her model refrigerator and the position of the leak, he declined the job. I spoke with the customer and told her what this company told me. I charged the customer the service call. I did explain to her what was wrong with her refrigerator in the simplest terms I could. I did spend the time needed to remove items and the rear panel covering the evaporator coils, inspect them, take a picture, and test parts in the defrost system to accurately determine the problem."

I highly recommend them! They were able to come see me the next day, took their time, and did everything possible to help me fix our washing machine. They went to get parts, came back and finished working on it. Unfortunately our washer was broke and wasnt able to be fixed. They were there for hours, but I never felt like he was rushing to get finished. Great customer service.
