I have already submitted my ratings a couple of weeks ago, Russell Brewer never called me back on an estimate or mailed me anything. I am very upset, if he does not want to do the job, then call me and tell me so. I have dealt with five other people who has done the same thing to me- doesn't anyone want to work or help some one anymore!

russell called me promptly to set up appointment and was on time to evaluate situation. He will respond in 2 weeks to inform me of his plans and suggestions and possible estimate.
