very professional, even though it was a small job he was friendly and professional and I could not ask for a better qualified contractor.

So far we have only had a small project done; however, Eric was prompt, professional and got the job efficiently. He is very willing to work and do a good job for a reasonable amount of money which is why I would hire him again.

Russell contracting was unprofessional and lack the knowledge to complete my project. Russell contracting left my kithch unfinished and took off with my money.

Mr. Russell came to check a leak in my roof. He told me there was probably only a leak around a vent pipe gasket. He did a little chaulking and only charged me a very small fee. My impressions of Mr. Russell is that he is a true professional and a very honest man.

They were fast, job was properly done. The project was paid less than my intended budget and they were nice and kind people to deal with. I would surely contact them again if my house needs roofing repair.

Decided to replace the HVAC unit in the house versus repair existing...Company was on time, professional and more then went out of their way to explain newsystem. Covered all carpet 's and vacumn. Cannot say enough on their professionalism and cleanliness....I feel I got a great price ( had other estimates) and their timeliessness in replacement ....three days after I contacted them they replaced system in one day....I HIGHLY recommend this company and I intend to utilize them again and have been recommending to friends and family....

They were very helpful and understanding people, they provided heaters for my use while i had no heat and they didnt even charge for it , these people are good , honest and down to earth...and they will definately go the extra mile for their customers. Eric Russell is a master at making the customer happy. From the very beginning of our bathroom remodeling Eric provided us with ideas and designs, which were in-line with our home d�cor and tastes. Throughout the project Eric made sure we remained happy with his work by spending time to talk to us or emailing/phoning if we happened to miss each other. Eric was amenable to small changes throughout the project. Eric kept to his contract by staying within the monetary and time limitations which we had initially agreed to. We would definitely hire him again for other remodeling jobs. Overall we were extremely pleased with Eric and his work.

The most Professional and efficient contractor I've ever dealt with. And i dealt with quite a few, very punctual, flexible and extremely easy to work with. And he basically does it all. This will be the last contractor you have to call. Highly recommended and he will be the first i call for my next job.
