Joe Hill was successful i getting my insurance company to pay for the roof replacement. The initial adjuster with my insurance had a very lminimal damage repot andxwhennJoe read it, he assured me she grossly underestimated the damages & the actual cause of much of the damage. With his photos & a detailed report on the damages and tgecrepjacemrnt costs, he was successful in fighting the battle for me & got my roof replaced and paid for by the insurance. He was a true fighter & savior. I would highly recommend Joe & his company, very down to earth and on the customer's side.

The quality of work of my new roof is amazing. The team showed up when they said they would be there, did amazing work, and cleaned every nail and piece of debris up after the job was done. My neighbors houses are very close and they took every effort to make sure the roofing debris did not affect my neighbors. I would highly recommend Russell Hill to anyone. Ramsey did a great job with the initial inspection and then meet with insurance due to wind damage on our roof. Their installation team did a great job installing the new roof and even repaired builder errors they found. I would suggest this company to anyone needing a new roof.

I had been fighting with my insurance company for 3 months to get my leaking storm damaged roof repaired and finally contacted Russell Hill Contracting. They came out and took pictures of the damage the adjuster overlooked and within a week my roof was approved and they came out the following week and did the new roof including decking within one day! My yard and back deck were cleaned up spotless when they left! They are pros!

I chose Russell Hill to assess my situation based on the numerous excellent reviews of this company and I can tell you that I was not disappointed. When I first noticed a water stain spot on my living room ceiling I immediately expected the worst but knew I needed to have an accurate and fair evaluation done by a trustworthy contractor. Joe Hill exemplifies the type of honest and trustworthy evaluation I was hoping for in a contractor. Not only is Joe a qualified expert in his field he is an educator as well. Joe did a thorough inspection of my home roofing inside and out communicating with me all the time and more importantly educating me about my roof and the structure of my home. Sure, any contractor can come and within a few minutes tell you it's time for a new roof but not Joe. He was honest and upfront and even showed me how I can resolve my issue on my own with minimal effort and cost. Because Joe showed amazing integrity I had him look at another structural project which we hope to have Russell Hill Contracting complete in the very near future.

Joe Hill was totally hands-on and answered every call or text even when the interior ceiling paint was started. His team remains at the top of my list when seeking home repairs.

Long story short: Russell Hill Contracting was by far the best choice for our roof repair. We had a terrible experience with a contractor recommended by our insurance company. We sought 5 new estimates for a second opinion and Russell Hill contracting was by far the best choice. --- So, I arrived home from a long trip to find a 3'x1' stain on the ceiling of our living room. I climbed into the attic to find that we had a stream of water coming in through the ridge vent. I called our insurer and he recommended Universal Roofing to come take a look at it. Universal came after much delay and provided an estimate. After another extended delay, they completed the "repair". They came and went without letting us know the repair was completed. I got an invoice by email which was my only way of knowing that a "repair" was done. A week later, another leak started... a new stain. I had Universal come back to see if this was related to their prior fix. This time the manager came along. After a quick trip in the attic, they decided that the entire 10 year old roof needs replaced. They weren't willing to fix small area because the "shingles were turning". I'm not an idiot... I hopped on a home improvement rating site and sought 2nd opinions. As usual, you get 10 calls almost immediately. Of the 10, I scheduled for 5 of them to visit and look at the roof. All five said the roof did not need replaced and they could repair the fix. Most said that they didn't think Universal even completed any repairs. Russell Hill was the only one who jumped into the attic and scaled the roof to look at the problem. Joe was extremely thorough and identified the issues right away. He came back on a day with better weather and fixed the problem areas right way. Russell Hill Contracting was by far the most reasonable and thorough of any contractor who came to our house. They were the only company who was concerned about the immediate leak issue and the only one to share pictures of the issue and repairs. I highly recommend them for any roofing related work and am happy to respond to any messages if you have any questions. Thanks Joe for the great experience!

Joe and Ramsey are great. They did a great job dealing with my HORRIBLE insurance company and made what could've been a terrible experience very easy and painless. They did my gutters and roof. They had it done in a day! The crew cleaned up and you couldn't tell they had been there other than the new roof and gutters on my house. Joe is always friendly and is great at "problem solving" which was necessary when dealing with my insurance company. Super thankful for these guys!

They were there when they said they would and got the jobs done. Helped by putting a patch in place until the repair could be completed.

We had some scheduling issues to begin, so it took quite some time for someone to complete our repair, but Ramsey was very communicative with us and never left us feeling forgotten. Once scheduled, the repair was complete in 1 day - they reflashed our chimney & added a diverted to the back. We dealt with several other companies before hiring & were much more pleased with Russell Hill than any other in regards to customer service, knowledge, and (most importantly to us) price. These guys really take care of the customer and were willing to adjust their price due to some unforeseen/uncontrollable inconveniences. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely hire them again, as well as recommend them to friends.

Russel Hill was amazing! I enjoyed working with them and would choose them again in a heartbeat. I met with the guys for a quote I felt respected and like I was talking to friends who really cared. I was on a crunch as I was selling my house and everything was done in my reduced timeline. They day before our close they came out and looked over all completed work and did extra work for me that I wanted to be completed. Every call was answered and they never were frustrated with me. When they completed the work they called me a few days after closing to make sure everything went well. I am very grateful that I found and completed my business with the company. We are now in our new house and something's need to be worked on and I have already contacted them for round 2!
