He did not complete the job. I was impressed initially because he went to the property to look at the fan and obtain the part number. He needed parts and said he would track them down and be in touch. He went quiet for a long time and when I finally reached him he said he had found the parts and now had to find the time to install them.. I've followed up emphasizing the urgency of competing the job and he is unresponsive. I was expecting that if the job was major he would just replace the unit. If possible, I would avoid rating quality of the work and value for money because the work was not done. As for customer service, I am completely disappointed. I now have to start all over again and my time and my tenant's time has been wasted. This job was obviously too small for him. This is my second bad experience with Home Advisor recommendations.

Initial estimate and scheduling for the project was great. Very friendly and insightful, instructed on possible DIY remedy for a secondary issue which worked. During work maintained a clean work area and cleaned up after project. Asked me prior to making any changes to original plan...good work. There was a coincidental issue with hall lights, which I believed to be related to the original work, but was not. I did have some difficulty scheduling Mr. Kreihn to come back out to determine what the issue was, but when he did, and again he was friendly and work was completed well.

Russ called within minutes of my HA submission. We arranged an agreeable time despite weather and workload difficulties. He was very friendly, knowlegeable, and professional. I'll keep him in mind for further electrical work.

The first contractor Enrique's should not be on your list. He is unethical and practices bait and switch. He tried to rip us off with a quote 4 times higher than his competitor . Be more careful who is on your list
