We moved into a new house and after some unusually cold temps found the heat wasn’t keeping up. Called Russel’s and scheduled appt in a few days but asked if someone canceled and they could fit us in sooner , we’d appreciate it. They ended up sending somebody out that night. Didn’t take long to figure out the issue. And the technician was very nice and helpful. Even sent quotes very next day for some additional work that we’re considering.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
We have always used American Mechanical to install and service our HVAC and tankless systems. Today we had them inspect and service our HVAC in advance of winter. Our tech Korey did a great job providing the service. He was very thorough, knowledgeable on our unit and answered all of my questions and made good recommendations without the “sales” push that other companies I have used the past have done. American Mechanical has never let us down and we’ve had work done several times. This time our thermostat stopped working and our air handler turned out to be plugged up. The tech fixed it up quickly and we are back to being nice and warm. Thank you so much!

Dan from American mechanical came out to service our generator and he was fantastic! Dan had serviced our unit a couple years ago and I actually requested him again. He is just the nicest guy and really knows his stuff. He never seems rushed and is always willing to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done. He definitely works some long hours.. give that guy a raise! He deserves it😀😀.

DO NOT use this company for water heater repair/replacement. They said they would call me with a confirmation they would be able to do the repair and never did. I had another company out and they showed up before them causing me to have to pay the other company the service charge.. When I called the office twice to resolve the matter, they pushed me off the phone and never called me back. On top of it, the repair didnâ t fix the problem! They automatically charged me the repair cost and I still have a broken water heater despite them saying they would call me back to resolve it. They are not professional. Not trustworthy. If youâ re reading this, do not use them. I hope my review convinces at least one person not to use them because then they can lose out on maybe the cost of the repair they unfairly charged me.

The workmanship was excellent but there is a communication disconnect among the sales, scheduler, techs, and lead tech. More importantly, sadly the NEW 2 zone HVAC cannot keep up with warm temperatures.
