Had them come out to repair a leaking pipe. They quoted me a price to fix the issue which simply made no sense to me and after inquiring and having the work described to me in detail, it still just made no sense why it would cost that much. So I got two additional quotes which ended up being less than half the price. The other quotes were also done via text/pictures. So at the end of the day, these guys came in double the price and what?s worse, while they came quickly and the plumber who came was great, they charged me over $70 just to come to quote the work. My advice is if you go with these guys, get other opinions as well.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
I have used Russo Bros. & Co. services to clear a clog in my kitchen lower bathroom line. Cruz has been dispatched and did a great job within constraints we had. Has been very professional, easy to talk to, well educated and informed about the plumbing specifics. I learned new stuff in addition to my drain pipes are flowing fine since.

Phil the plumber showed up on time and was knowledgeable about the best way to affect the repair. He was professional and personable. He coordinated with the the local water department and had the repair done efficiently and correctly. He also cleaned up the area he worked in. I would have no reservations about calling them in for any future repairs.

Very reliable but they had me install a sump pump and that was not the problem, I am still having flooding and I have been told I need a french drain. In the end the flooding is still going on and the problem is NOT solved.

The job was performed professionally. But the cost of the job was ridiculous! I could have installed a new toilet for what was charged. I spoke to customer service about the charges and received some refund. But for the service performed, the cost was exorbitant!

The plumbing technicians who came by to perform the work were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave a 2.0 star rating for the value is because of the high cost to replace the faucet, but it's like they say, quality isn't cheap. Will definitely use Russo brothers again.
