Unfortunately, I did not have an uneventful service call. It started with a 7:58 wake-up call, even though my appointment was at 12:00. No big deal, I got dressed and let them in. Replacement of the pipes under the sink went well ( only later to find out the pea trap should have been replaced and wasn't until someone else said it needed to be). The replacement cartridge in the shower handle was a nightmare! They are only to blame for part of it; I was told they were given the wrong replacement part. However, this 3 to 4-hour job lasted over 7 hours, still not a problem; it's ok that I don't have water all day. The issue became when I went to take a shower, no cold water, only very hot, and good water pressure. Why wasn't the water temperature checked before they left is mind-boggling. I called them back, they adjusted the temperature and I sent them on their way. Now that the water temperature is finally the correct temperature, the water pressure is now less than it was before. I am told I am to blame for this and that I'm wrong that the water pressure is exactly where it was before; clearly, I and the other people in my house realized that the minute they took a shower, the water pressure wasn't right. The blame is that my house has old plumbing; my house was built in 1974. The blame is that the pressure is fine, and I don't know what I'm talking about. When they cannot fix the pressure to where it was the day before, I am told they no longer want me as a customer and are parting ways with me. So that must be their answer to everything: get rid of the customer, and then they don't have to worry about their mistakes. Nobody took responsibility for showing up early, nobody took responsibility for leaving the house without the temperature being the right temperature, and nobody took responsibility for the pressure still not being right. Why was the pressure correct the day before until they changed the temperature of the water? I've been dismissed by this company and told they are tired of coming to my house, yet it was their mistake that brought them back to my house. The text from the owner stated, "I'm sorry, I'm done, and I don't have time for you." I'm just sharing my experience; you decide if this is the company for you. They don't like negative reviews, so I'm sure there will be some kind of rude remarks and retaliation; however, this was my experience.

Russo plumbing are the most honest dependable plumbers around. I would recommend them to anyone. I have used them many times and I referred them to a friend of mine and she is very satisfied. Couldnâ t believe the quick response and amazing customer service and of course great work.

Just got my water heater replaced today!! Excellent service and reasonable price. Definitely would recommend and for sure will be my go to plumber!! 5 stars .

I had three items, 1-replace sump pump, 2-reseal toilet, 3-replace shower cartridge. Joe and his assistant came out and took care of all three in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. Other quotes I received were 50% higher. Joe knows his stuff and offered advice on other items that were cost effective. He showed he wasn't out just to make a buck. I would definitely use him again.

Today we used Russo's Plumbing for the first time. John and Joe were both friendly and professional. They installed a new kitchen faucet and disposal, in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and their work was perfect. We highly recommend Russo's Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Hi Neighbors, I just want to give a Big Time SHOUT OUT to a local neighborhood Plumber; RUSSO'S Plumbing. I gave Joe Russo a call on a Saturday to see if he was able to help us out. He asked for me to shoot him a pic or 2 of my problem so that he may better evaluate my situation. He called within a few minutes with an estimate and then showed up rather quickly, and this is on a Saturday. After the job was done Joe even charged us less than his initial quote!! So if anyone is looking for an Honest Local Plumber, RUSSO'S PLUMBING is the way to go!! So thank you Joe!

Excellent service and very reasonable price.

Joe Russo and Cory proceded to install a new kitchen faucet and replace and repair a new handle and the chain. They were very efficient and knowledgable on all questions. The final bill was completely fair for the work being done. Always do your homework and have an idea what your job cost will be.

For $180, got a fully clogged tub drain fixed in less than 30 minutes, and got some other useful DIY plumbing tips too. Found my go-to plumber!

Service was fantastic and at a very reasonable price. Cory was very helpful and provided my job in a very timely matter. Good advice was given on how to avoid future plumbing problems. I strongly recommend this company.

He realized that a leak in the basement was coming from a shower drain two floors up. He fixed the problem and replaced the worn out part. He also cleaned up. Very friendly and informative. They not only did the service they were hired for but they also educated me on various things that were needed to make my plumbing flow more efficiently. Did additional work for me and taught me a thing or two about my garbage disposer! Would definately recommend them to family and friends!!!

I signed up with 5 plumbing contractors on Home Advisor on a Saturday after Thanksgiving and immediately received a personal call back, not just a text. I set up the appointment for the following Monday. He arrived on time with a helper, and removed an old faucet and installed a new one and also a garbage disposal. Supplied the faucet and the garbage disposal. We will also hire him to install three comfort height toilets. Very personable, and since he is the owner and does the work he guarantees his work. Would highly recommend this company
