An experience with a repair person like no other. He came within 24-hours of my initial inquiry. Cane was pleasant, professional, very efficient, and honest. He followed COVID-19 guidelines. He is the person I will contact in the future.

I originally looked at booking Sears but it would have been a week before they came. My son utilized the Google search and found Rusticane Appliance Repair, called and talked to Cane and within 2 hours he was at my door. Diagnosed the problem to be a faulty cooktop which was causing the breaker to trip. I went online to BestBuy (went to Home Depot and Lowes and it was a 3 day wait) and found that they had the identical unit at their warehouse in Curtis Bay, Maryland. Ordered it, paid for it and within 30 minutes the order was ready for pick up. 2 hours later, Cane came back with his partner and replaced the cook top! I would recommend them to any an everyone who wants a quality job, by friendly, professional and reliable company!

Cane and Stanley are the best technicians I have ever used: Punctual, Resourceful, fast and really professional. I have this huge GE cooktop that the replaced it about 1 hour and gave me a lot of technical advice on installing a ceiling vent for the cooktop. They checked and replaced my toilet pot valves graciously even though they didn't come for those. Really great guys and indisputable pricing... they appreciated a tip with truly kind words.

Dryer broke on a Saturday and by Sunday afternoon it was repaired by Rusticane. Completed in a timely manner, very professional and helpful. He was courteous and phoned ahead to make sure our scheduled time was still OK. Would contact him again if needed.

I was washing clothes and went to turn on the dryer and it wouldn't come on. I called several places and no one could come until next week to fix the dryer. I called Rusticane Appliance Repair and the Tech came immediately. He was courteous and very professional. He fixed the dryer in no time and let me know that I can call him if the dryer gives me anymore problems. I would recommend this business to everyone.
