He took the payment, set up 3 appointments, he never made it back, promising but not delivering.

Unprofessional and not caring.

I had water coming into my home from around the base of my chimney...and from a hole that was there for the tv antena wire which had not been resealed from a previous contractor. I learned that the flashing was not sealed, allowing water to come down my inside chimney wall and also straight down like a shower from my ceiling... I have not had any more water to come in since this contractor fixed the problem. I was not pleased with the many changes in the appointed times to come for the repairs. I did not like the changes in what was going to be done for a certain price.. I felt I was overcharged. Was quoted a price for doing certain things and not as much was needed to be done but contractor still asked for the same pay as for the more complicated work. I have a steep roof and he said that was partly why he was asking for the full amount as quoted. I was very disappointed with the chimney contractor who came before this contractor. I felt they should have sealed the flashing and the hole from the antena wire. They wanted to come back and power wash my chimney and then paint a sealer on the brick. My ceiling may have collapsed if this had been done. I had mentioned to them multiple times that water was coming in. They cleaned my chimney at a great price but had to replace the terra cotta lining ..fine.. but because an obvious need was unresolved and not addressed, it cost a lot more to have the flashing sealed..$800.. Which I think is too much,although I am not sure what a fair price should be. I still have to repair my ceiling.

Contractor walked off the job with me paying half the job up front. He only did 20% of the job. He was ill prepared to do the work. He never powerwashed anything prior to my job. Contractor failed to keep me informed and would not show up until I called to find out why they were not on the job. Excuses were that they were looking at other jobs rather than do the one they had....In other words, he came at his leisure and not mine. I was a job he'd get to only when I asked when he was coming to my house. Now I have to hire someone else to finish the job. He received 1/2 of the payment for 20% of the work......HE OWES ME MONEY BACK. You must drop this contractor before he takes advantage of other customers who come to Home Advisor for work. I have no faith in your company as far as selecting and evaluating these people prior to listing them as your PROs. I won't be using you....

Completed in a timely manner - good clean up afterwards.

Efficient, professional, customer oriented, and knowledgeable.

They are not reliable and do not keep appointments. Staff is constantly changing.

Very hard workers. polite and considerate of property. Office folks are great too.

Worked with me and my schedule and with my budget until we could arrive at an agreeable price.

Work was top notch, did exactly what I asked for. Customer service is a bit lacking due to not keeping appointments and communication could be better.

WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM IN FUTURE
