I live in a MUD district and was concerned about the possible hardness of the water. The Simplisoft technician (Mark) spent just the right amount of time researching the hardness and chemical composition of the water coming into the house. He determined the water was NOT hard, but did contain some chemicals that could be eliminated through a carbon filter. His recommendation accomplished the dual goal of saving me money and providing safe, drinkable tap water. The elimination of certain chemicals will also benefit my skin allergies. About a week after installation, Mark stopped by to test the water to make sure the filter was functioning properly. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the service I have received.
