Ryan arrived on time. He explained to us about how we should deal with our home being in such disarray due to our age and physical disabilities. He was very courtious and respectful despite the insurmountable appearance of our neglected home since we decided we no longer wish to masquerade as hoarders. He was not judgemental and was very understanding how we could have let it happen since my wife had a shoulder injury and I am still recovering from recent surgery. He accomplished a good deal of the things that needed to be done. All of which we had wanted to get done today for his first visit was done nicely and professionally. We appreciate his kind understanding of our situation and not judgeing. We are looking forward to his next visit to continue our endeaver to have our home be more livable and less cluttered.

We hired Ryan Kraus cleaning service from Angi for a post construction cleaning after kitchen renovation project. I talked Ryan and communicated via messages about the job description. Ryan quoted me for $500 flat fee. He and one of his employees came over to my house after Thanksgiving and we walked through the areas where we need to clean and where no need to clean. Ryan agreed and promised they would do a good job, but asked me to pay him $500 upfront which I did. In the middle of his job after finishing living room and laundry room, Ryan give me an invoice to pay additional $500. I declined and Ryan and his employee just left in the middle of his job with dusty kitchen and dining area plus stairway. I have to his job myself that afternoon. Here is his invoice: post construction dust cleaning: $500 paid in full; $200 additional service fee, $200 rescheduling fee and $100 hazard fee. Total owing: $500. Never seen such a dishonest behavior, NEVER.

Unfortunately, my expectations for house cleaning were not met. I had Ryan come to my house first to meet me, and so that he would understand what I needed from him regarding my cleaning needs. My floors were not swept or mopped. I was left with untouched bathrooms, dirty and wet floors, and an undusted house. I think Ryan knew I was not happy with the cleaning at all. I spent another three hours cleaning my house after he left, which was not how I wanted to spend my day.

Ryan was thorough, cared that I was satisfied, and a nice person.

I needed some house cleaning done ASAP and Ryan and his crew were able to get it done early the next morning. This worked out great for my schedule.

The job was very professional and very timely and efficient.

Super professional

Ryan is a hard worker, super strong also. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t move that was needed. He also did a spotless deep clean also. We got the full deposit highly recommended.
