Ryan Reph Remodeling renovated my entire kitchen with installation of new cabinets, new hardwood floors, and new countertops. They also opened up half a wall. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The attention to detail was fantastic. All staff was on time everyday, professional, polite, and neat. Vidal and Michael were responsive when I had a question or concern. Pre-existing flaw in my ceiling was corrected perfectly! I will absolutely use them again. Project was completed in time and according to budget.

This is actually the second and third times we have used Ryan Reph Remodeling. They have always completed our projects on time and exceeded our expectations. Their crews clean up well each day and do their best to disrupt our routine as little as possible. We have also appreciated that we can select and purchase materials on our own, but still rely on Ryan and Selwa for recommendations and design advice. We have been delighted with our finished bathrooms and look forward to working with Ryan Reph Remodeling again in the future.

This is the second major project I've hired Ryan Reph Remodeling to do, and once again I am more than pleased with the results. Selwa and Ryan make a terrific team, and communication is top notch with them. I was always told when the team would arrive, what they would do, and who was the team leader. Ryan made frequent appearances, and was the ultimate authority/problem solver/ master of the remodel universe. I know that the work Ryan Reph does is always top quality, and yet still represents value for money. While Ryan feels that 'the customer is always right he is always cheerfully ready to run the pros and cons, and give you the benefit of his experience. I was also really pleased with the vendors that Ryan sent me to. I knew I was getting top notch people in the field who would help me find not what I liked, but what I loved. I would 100% hire them again.

Ryan Reph Remodeling has completed three major projects for me in the last three years. The first project involved the installation of a new oversize walk-in basement shower and renovation of the adjacent basement laundry room. I was so pleased with the quality of the work, the following year I hired them to renovate the master bathroom, original to 1958 when the house was built. A complete tear-out was required and new everything was installed inside and outside the bathroom walls. Even though I selected moderately priced materials, the end product was stunning. I recently moved into another older house, and they are almost finished with two projects there. One involved the construction of a main level laundry/mud room with an entrance from the garage into the house and the other was the installation of a wet bar/kitchenette in the basement rec room. Like the previous projects, the end result of these two projects is amazing. Within the next year or two I am hoping to renovate the basement bathroom in the new house and Ryan will, without doubt, be my contractor for that project as well. Before my first experience with Ryan, I had never hired a commercial contractor to do any work for me. I was fortunate to have a Dad who could do anything and do it beautifully. He and I were able to tackle all of my various home improvement projects. When I lost my Dad my home improvement projects were limited to various painting projects and small focused specialty projects (floor refinishing, replacement windows). I had heard horror stories from family and friends about working with contractors and simply didn't want to get involved in a major project where I had to rely on someone I didn't know. But the time came when I needed access to an ADA accessible shower, so I turned to one of the online contractor referral services and found Ryan Reph Remodeling (RRR). I reached out to RRR, and they contacted me almost immediately. Selwa came to my home, reviewed the scope of work and provided an estimate. Ryan followed up to walk through the project with me. I felt the estimate was fair, I was very comfortable with Selwa and Ryan, and after contacting the references they provided I signed a contract to have the work done. (Yes, RRR was the only contractor I contacted!). They have now done 3 projects for me and I can't imagine working with anyone else. I have worked with two of Ryan's crews. Both crews were very professional skilled, knowledgeable and talented. Every worker Ryan has sent into my home has been polite, friendly and helpful. They show a great deal of respect for my home and use drop cloths, dust barriers and floor protectors while they work. At the end of each workday they clean up, put their tools and materials away and leave the house as livable as practical during a major construction project. Ryan gets all required permits in his name, his crew members are onsite to meet with the county building inspectors when they conduct the

After having Ryan's group remodel our bathroom a few years ago we had no hesitation about contracting with him for our kitchen. Our kitchen is very small, and it was not easy for Antonio, Clive and Willie to work their magic. Mary Banos from Cabinet Discounters was also an immense help with the overall design. We highly recommend Ryan Reph and his professional, perfectionist crew.

We had a hall bath remodeled. From design to implementation Ryan Reph Remodeling did an outstanding job. They were very detail oriented and encouraged input. Although never easy having workers in your house for 2 weeks, Carlos and Clive were always professional, quiet and cleaned up after each workday. The end product was great. We did not have one glitch!

Thus us an addendum to the review I wrote Feb 9 2015. Durin the course if the last few months the pocket door lost a piece and came off the tracks. I sent an email to the company explaining what happened. They gave me nothing but excellent service. They immediately had the Forman of the job that was done contact me and schedule a time to come out and fix it at my convenience. He came out the very next day. It took some hardware, and almost 2 hours of his time and he made it perfect again. No charge to me, nothing but friendly courteous and prompt service. Thus company stands behind their work, believes on good will and continues to impress. I couldn't be happier and continue to recommend them enthusiastically.

We hired Ryan Reph to turn our dining room into an office. It involved closing the dining room in, installing some glass pocket doors, adding an a/c duct to the room and relocating some electrical outlets. We enjoyed working with them. Ryan and Selwa are very professional, courteous, friendly and easy to work with. All aspects of the job were handled as would be expected from a top remodeling company, from the initial contact, through the design phase, estimate, work phase and completion. One thing I wasn't prepared for was how neat and clean Ryan's crew is. Throughout the week of work, they cleaned up after themselves numerous times during the day. There was never any dust buildup in the house, even though they were doing a lot of drywall work. They took all of their sawing outside, and as I said, they kept the dust and debris down to the barest minimum. That was a very nice treat for us. The work itself was very good. I would have given them a solid 5 except for three things. 1) The price seemed a tad on the high side for me. But I guess that's what you get when you hire real pros. 2) We contracted for the room to be 'paint ready' and really it wasn't. We had painters coming in afterward so I wasn't too concerned with that, but there was a good bit of sanding and priming left to do in order to make the room 'paint ready'. I realize I could have held their feet to the fire on that, and I am quite sure Ryan would have complied, but I didn't want to mess with it, especially since I had painters coming in afterwards. 3) I just never like to give perfect scores. Nobody is perfect. All in all, I am very happy and I would hire them again for any job I had in mind, and I won't hesitate to recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with Ryan Reph Remodeling. This was a fairly extensive project with three remodeled bathrooms, laundry room, powder room, and basement exercise room. Selwa and Ryan are professional and responsive and the crew was hard working and polite. We were very happy with the entire experience.

Ryan Reph Remodeling is an excellent company. We had a wet bar and walk on shower placed in our finish basement. Selwa was very understanding and accommodating with all our changes. The project foreman they used was top notched and the work ended up above our expectations. Final project turned out great!! The project was top notch. Ryan Reph remodeled two bathrooms. Excellent work, excellent customer service and quick to respond to any questions or issues. Staff reported to work every day and locked up my house when leaving at the end of the day. Very impressed.

The project was completed ahead of schedule; all of the workmanship was outstanding; and the cost was very reasonable. From our initial meeting with Selwa to discuss the project through project completion, every contact we had with members of the Reph team was pleasant and professional. Christian and Drew did wonderful carpentry work, and Marvin proved to be a drywall wizard. They were also meticulously neat, leaving us with a livable house each night. Bottom line: We are 100% satisfied with all aspects of this project, and we wholeheartedly recommend Ryan Reph Remodeling.

Ryan Reph Remodeling is an excellent company. They were very flexible and knowledgeable. We had our kitchen done (all except the floors). They recommended vendors that were all very nice and knowledgeable even though we ended up choosing other vendors. The team that worked at our home was respectful, hardworking and competent. Ryan came by daily to check on progress and answer any of our questions. Selwa was also very helpful when we ran into some challenges with paint colors and design issues. I was very comfortable leaving my home in their hands as I went to work each day.

We had a very good experience with Ryan Reph Remodeling from start to finish of our basement wet bar and bathroom. The initial estimates and designs were very accurate and focused to our wants. One worker, Christian, did most of the work and he was very professional and thorough. If there was a decision point he would include us and give us enough information to make an informed decision. There was only one time when I asked him to move the shower fan into the shower after he had already installed it outside. Overall very happy with RRR and would definitely recommend them.

After getting a number of estimates, reading reviews, and contacting references, our choice of contractor for this project was an easy one. I have used a lot of contractors over the years, but I have never met anybody more informed and professional than Selwa and Ryan of Ryan Reph Remodeling. Selwa knows prices, materials, amounts needed and availability, and how the job will be scheduled. But perhaps best of all, she absolutely knows what will look best in the space available. RRR's latest job for us was a bathroom remodel. With and the glass tile and fixtures Selwa recommended, it looks like the Ritz--at a fraction of the price. We also had a weird angle in this bathroom, and RRR suggested a really clever solution.

We have several rental properties and have worked with Ryan Reph Remodeling for years. Our latest job was a kitchen remodel but they have also done bathrooms and many other projects for us in the past. In every case, Ryan does the job quickly, on budget, and with the highest quality work. I should also mention Selwa's absolutely essential styling suggestions, which make planning a job like this a pleasure rather than a misery. Top marks from us--we wouldn't use anybody else!

This company is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things. We chose a travertine tile with a Versailles pattern. The pattern was not an easy one, and this is why it is SO IMPORTANT to hire the very best. They were quite selective as to which tiles went in certain places, to look the best. They were careful to hang plastic to minimize the dust. Our floor turned out really great. Even the spacing of the grout was done meticulously. We decided to also have them do the adjacent powder room in travertine tile, which also turned out beautifully. We will definitely use them in the future.

My wife and I love working with Ryan and Selwa. We've hired them for several projects and we hope to have them back for several more. Because we're remodeling our house in phases, it is nice to be able to rely on them time and again.

Fantastic! This was a major master bathroom remodel and it affected all 3 floors of our townhouse. Although this was very disruptive, Ryan and his team helped the process to be as pleasant as possible. I appreciated their clear, daily communications with me as to their plans, schedule, who would be there each day, etc. I always felt safe with the crew in my house. They were all kind and respectful. I was impressed by their professionalism, genuine care for craftsmanship, and attention to details. They don't cut corners and they stay in budget.
